Removal, check of a condition and radiator installation
Removal
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. |
|
2. On models with the coal adsorber established in an impellent compartment execute following procedures:
a) Otboltite a clamping lath of fastening of the battery;
b) Give two top bolts and the bottom nut of fastening assembly скобы a coal adsorber to кузовной to the panel;
c) Disconnect from an adsorber and its electromagnetic valve hoses and electroconducting;
d) Accurately shift adsorber assemblage aside, having released space for radiator removal. |

3. Release collars and disconnect from a radiator the top and bottom hoses.
4. At a corresponding complete set disconnect electroconducting from the thermosensitive gauge-switch of the fan of system of the cooling, established assemblage on a radiator. |
|
5. Wring out two clamps, located on the top corners of a radiator, then incline a radiator back for the purpose of providing of access to two connected to the right lower corner of assemblage to hoses. |

6. Release collars and disconnect the remained hoses.
7. Take a radiator from an impellent compartment. |

Condition check
|
|
|
1. If the suspicion in infringement of passableness of a radiator became the removal reason, it is necessary to make it обратнопоточную washing (address to the Head Routine maintenance). By means of a soft brush (do not cut about edges of plates fingers) or compressed air (do not forget to put on goggles) clean backlashes between plates of the heat exchanger of a radiator.

Remember that fragile plates of the heat exchanger of a radiator at casual handling can be easily damaged! |
2. In case of need on a car repair shop it is possible to make "line" check of a radiator on presence of blocking of internal channels.
3. Repair of the radiator which has lost tightness should be carried out only in the conditions of a specialised workshop.
4. In an extreme situation of leak of a cooling liquid from a radiator it is possible to suspend by means of special hermetic without extraction of a radiator from the car (instructions on hermetic application see).
5. Before to send a radiator in repair, disconnect from it all hoses and remove the thermosensitive gauge-switch of the fan.
6. Check up a condition of rubber pillows of support of a radiator. In case of need make replacement.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
a) Track correctness of installation of rubber pillows of the bottom support of a radiator;
b) Track correctness of gearing of uvulas of the big hoses in grooves of reception branch pipes of a radiator;
c) In summary do not forget to make refuelling of system of cooling (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
