Replacement of the plug of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket can be made without removal back торсионной beams.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At presence remove caps, then ослабьте bolts of fastening of back wheels.
2. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
3. Remove back wheels.
4. On models with a self-levelled back suspension bracket remove pressure in system, having let the air out through the valve in a luggage space.
5. Disconnect brake hoses and the back ends of brake tubes from the car bottom.
6. A jack through wooden брусок support back торсионную a beam.
7. Unscrew nuts and take bolts, fastening forward parts of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket to the car bottom.
8. Lower a jack so that access to plugs of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket was possible. Be careful, that at lowering of a jack not to deform brake tubes.
9. For removal and installation of plugs it is desirable to use special tool Opel. In the absence of the special tool replacement of plugs can be made with use of a long bolt, a nut, washers and a piece of a steel tube of the corresponding diameter.
10. Before removal cut off from the internal end of the plug a flange. Thus for deduction of a back beam it is necessary to use the special arm which one end is necessary for attaching a bolt to an arm of fastening of the longitudinal lever, and another – to a hairpin fixed at an internal end face of the plug.
11. For simplification of removal of the plug heat up a plug casing in the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket to 70 ° S.Dlja of heating do not use an open flame as the fuel tank nearby is located.
12. Take the plug from the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
13. Moisten the new plug with soap water and establish it into place so that ledges at a plug end face have been located correctly (the Correct arrangement of ledges fig. see the plug of the longitudinal lever).
14. Similarly replace the plug from the second party of the car. Replacement of plugs should be made in pairs.
15. Using a jack, lift back торсионную a beam and fix bolts. Screw on nut bolts, without tightening them it is definitive. Take a jack from under the car.
16. Fix brake tubes and brake hoses on the car bottom.
17. Establish back wheels, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels the demanded moment.
18. On models with a self-levelled back suspension bracket increase in system pressure to 0,8 bar.
19. Establish the car on an equal horizontal platform, then arrange cargo it is powerful 70 kg on each forward sitting and shake the car that all elements of a back suspension bracket have risen on the places.
20. Working under the car, definitively tighten nuts on bolts, крепящих forward parts of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket to the car bottom.
