Forward suspension bracket

Removal, service and installation of cross-section levers of a forward suspension bracket

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Lift the car and remove forward wheels.

4. Disconnect from the forward lever a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

5. Turn out a coupling bolt of fastening of a spherical support of the cross-section lever in a rotary fist.
6. Give a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the cross-section lever to a suspension bracket beam (a bolt yet do not take).

7. Turn out two bolts of a fixing collar of the back axial plug of the cross-section lever.

8. Liberate a spherical support from a rotary fist.

9. Take an axial bolt of fastening of the cross-section lever to a suspension bracket beam.

10. Remove the cross-section lever.
11. Estimate a condition резинометаллических plugs, the back plug study on presence of signs of development of leaks. Check up the lever on presence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages. In case of need replace the failed components (see more low).

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of stripper ST 927680000 выпрессуйте the forward axial plug of the cross-section lever.

2. Mark landing position on the lever of the back axial plug, release a fixing nut and remove the plug.

 Самоконтрящиеся nuts at release is subject to replacement without fail!

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation of the forward axial plug is made in an order, the return to an order of its removal, - track correctness of landing of the plug in the lever.

1 — to Develop the plug to the centre of a spherical support
2 — the Spherical support

2. At landing of the back axial plug track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Having planted the plug on the lever, tighten NEW самоконтрящуюся a nut with demanded effort (186 Nanometers), - take measures against plug displacement.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Get the lever on the regular place and temporarily screw two bolts of a collar of fastening of the back axial plug to the car bottom.

 Bolts should be tightened so that there was a possibility of change of their position in the extended landing apertures.

2. Establish an axial bolt of fastening of the lever to a cross-section beam and temporarily tighten its nut.

 Самоконтрящиеся nuts at release is subject to replacement without fail!


3. Fill a spherical support in assemblage of a rotary fist and connect to the lever a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability, temporarily having tightened fixture.

 Самоконтрящиеся nuts at release is subject to replacement without fail!


4. Lower the car on the earth and tighten fixing elements of the lever with demanded effort in a following order:

1) the Nut of a bolt of fastening to the lever of a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (30 Nanometers);
2) the Nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the forward end of the lever to a cross-section beam of a suspension bracket (125 Nanometers);
3) Bolts of a collar of fastening of the back axial plug (245 Nanometers).

 Before a tightening of bolts of fastening of the back axial plug adjust a landing backlash of last.
