REMOVAL
|

|
1. Tyre out the car on the lift.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Lift the car and remove forward wheels.
|
|
4. Take шплинт, give корончатую a nut and liberate a shaft of a spherical finger of a support from the cross-section lever. |
5. Turn out a coupling bolt of fastening of a spherical support in assemblage of a rotary fist. |

CHECK
|
|
|
|
1. Establish a spherical support vertically on a firm horizontal surface a shaft upwards, press a shaft with effort 70 кГс and measure control length L1. |
2. Having pressed a support to a surface, with the same effort (70 кГс) extend a shaft of a spherical finger outside and repeat control measurement (the size L2).
3. By subtraction of result of the first measurement from result of the second, define free wheeling size (axial люфта) a spherical finger (S): S = L1 - L2.
4. If люфт a finger exceeds the maximum admissible value (0.3 mm), the spherical support is subject to replacement.
5. At excessively small free wheeling of a finger visually estimate a condition dusterа assemblages of a spherical support. In case of revealing of signs of damage of a material dusterа replace a spherical support. |

INSTALLATION

|
1. Fill a spherical support in assemblage of a rotary fist and tighten a coupling bolt with demanded effort (50 Nanometers).
|
|
At all do not grease a cone-shaped carving part of a bolt! |
2. Pass a support shaft in an aperture in the cross-section lever and tighten корончатую a fixing nut with demanded effort (39 Nanometers), - in case of need hold on a nut still within 60 ° for aperture combination under landing шплинта with the nearest groove in a nut border. Fill and dissolve шплинт.
3. Establish to the place of a wheel and lower the car on the earth. |
