Removal, check and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the working cylinder.
2. Remove transmission.
3. Get spring скобу from a spherical support of a plug.
4. Remember as fastening выжимного the bearing to a plug looks, remove the bearing (a photo at the left). Remove a plug (a photo on the right).
5. Check up a condition of a dust cover and spring скобы. At detection of signs of deterioration replace these details.
6. The bearing should rotate freely, otherwise the bearing replace.
The prevention

To wash out the bearing in solvent it is forbidden.
7. Before assemblage grease with refractory greasing of dredging under a spherical support of a plug, under a pusher of the working cylinder and a place of fastening of the bearing.
8. Establish spring скобу (a photo at the left) and grease with refractory greasing the bearing plug (a photo on the right).
9. Establish the bearing on a plug.
10. Dress the bearing on a check point shaft. Pass a plug through a cover, grease a support and dress a plug on a support, having pressed on it before click (a photo at the left). Check up freedom of moving of the bearing on шлицам a check point shaft (a photo on the right).
11. Slightly grease with refractory greasing a persistent surface of the bearing.
12. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down.
