7.2.8. The blocking switch of coupling

THE GENERAL DATA

The switch is intended for blocking of start-up of the engine if the coupling pedal is not squeezed out.

The blocking switch of coupling (it is specified by an arrow) is mounted on an arm in the top part of a pedal, fastens 2 nuts by which its position concerning a pedal is regulated.

Check, adjustment and replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Be convinced that the engine is started only at the squeezed out pedal. 2. Otherwise the switch is faulty. Check up pressure presence on the switch. 3. If pressure is, check up connection with weight of the second conclusion of the switch at the released pedal. 4. If the switch chain is faulty, eliminate malfunction and again check up the switch. 5. If the chain is serviceable, check up short circuit of contacts of the switch. At the pressed pusher contacts should become isolated, at the released pusher contacts are disconnected. Otherwise the switch replace.

THE SWITCH OF THE UNBLOCKING OF START

This switch provides start of the engine without pressing a coupling pedal that can be necessary in the complicated traffic conditions (for example uphill). The switch button is on the left side on the forward panel, the cancelling switch is a part of the blocking switch of coupling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Translate the button in position Off and присоедиените (+) – an ohmmeter conclusion to a conclusion 2 switches, and (-) – an ohmmeter conclusion – to a conclusion 1. Between these conclusions the ohmmeter should show rupture. 2. In the same position of the button присоедиените (+) – an ohmmeter conclusion to a conclusion 3 switches, and (-) – an ohmmeter conclusion – to a conclusion 1. Between these conclusions the ohmmeter should show rupture. Chains also should not be between conclusions 2 and 3. 3. Submit a food +12В on a conclusion 3, and (-) batteries attach to a conclusion 1 (+) – an ohmmeter conclusion attach to a conclusion 2 switches, and (-) – an ohmmeter conclusion – to a conclusion 1. At the pressed button (in position On) between these conclusions the ohmmeter should show a chain. 4. When the switch is in position Off between these conclusions there should be a rupture. 5. Disconnect the battery and translate the switch in position On. Between conclusions 1 and 2 ohmmeter should show rupture. 6. If results of checks differ from described above the switch replace. 7. For adjustment release a counternut and rotate the switch to выступания a pusher on 7,5–8,3 mm concerning a counternut. 8. For replacement remove the bottom facing, disconnect a socket, turn away a counternut and remove the switch. Installation is carried out upside-down.
