Fuel highway and injection injectors

|
Before to make the decision on replacement of a faulty injector, test on it any of widespread now special cleaners. |
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. |
|
2. Disconnect a vacuum tube from a pressure regulator, then give a nut of a fixing bolt. |
|
|
3. Remove a fixing lath on a fuel highway of a plait of electroconducting and hoses. |
|
|
4. Without forgetting about the preventions made in section of Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system, ослабьте fixing collars also disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from a fuel highway. At assemblage it is necessary to replace factory collars of braided type more practical screw or worm. |
|
|
5. Wring out lock uvulas and disunite sockets of electroconducting of four injectors of injection.
6. Give fixing bolts and nuts and accurately remove assemblage of a fuel highway with injectors from the inlet pipeline. Take the removed assemblage from the car. Remove sealing rings from end faces of all injectors (at assemblage they are subject to replacement without fail).
7. Remove a lock ring () and take a corresponding injector () from a fuel highway. Remove the top sealing ring () from each of the removed injectors. All sealing rings at assemblage are subject to replacement!
8. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
a) do not forget to establish on unions of acting in film injectors new sealing rings;
b) For simplification of landing of injectors it is necessary to grease their sealing rings with pure impellent oil slightly;
c) In summary the engine should be started and checked up on presence of signs of leaks of fuel. |

Regulator of pressure of fuel
|
|
|
1. Disconnect from a regulator a vacuum tube. Pay attention that access to a regulator at not removed fuel highway is extremely limited. In case of need address to materials of the previous subsection and remove a highway.
2. Impose a regulator with rags to exclude disorder of fuel, then remove a lock ring and take a regulator from a fuel highway.
3. Installation is made upside-down. Preliminary check up a condition of a sealing lining of a regulator, in case of need make replacement. |

Potentiometer of an axis throttle заслонки
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Release a clamp and disunite a socket of electroconducting of a potentiometer.
3. Turn out two fixing screws and remove a potentiometer from an axis throttle заслонки.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of installation of a potentiometer on an axis заслонки and behind reliability of fixing of a socket of electroconducting. |

The electronic block of management (ECU)
ECU it is placed in the plastic box fixed on a mudguard of the right forward wheel.
|
|
|
1. For removal ECU it is necessary to disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove from a box a cover, then take a fixing clamp and disunite a socket of electroconducting ECU.
3. Take ECU from the box.
4. In case of need turn out fixing screws and remove a box from a mudguard.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of fixing of an electric socket. |

The valve of additional air
The valve is established from the back party of the inlet pipeline.
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Wring out a clamp and disunite a socket of electroconducting of the valve.
3. Release fixing collars and disconnect from the valve of additional air both vacuum hoses.
4. Take the valve from a rubber support and remove it from the regular place.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Preliminary check up a condition of a rubber support of the valve. In case of need make replacement. |

The gauge of absolute pressure in the inlet pipeline (МАР)
Gauge MAR is in the right part of an impellent compartment and is fixed on подзоре a wing.

|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Give a fixing nut and liberate the gauge from кузовной panels.
3. Disconnect the gauge from electroconducting and a vacuum hose and remove it from the car.
4. Installation is made upside-down. |

The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid

The gauge of temperature of soaked up air (IAT)
Gauge IAT will screw in the top part of a casing of an air cleaner.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting, then remove it from the car.
3. Installation is made upside-down. |

The gauge of position of a cranked shaft
The gauge is established in a forward part of a dome of transmission.
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Walk on electroconducting back from the gauge to a contact socket. Disconnect electroconducting of the gauge from the basic plait.
3. Having hooked, take the rubber plug through passage, then give a fixing bolt and remove the gauge from transmission.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of fixing of the plug through passage and durability of a tightening of fixture. |

The block of the relay of system of injection of fuel
The relay block is established on the basic plate ECU fixed on a mudguard of the right forward wheel.

|
1. Remove ECU (the subsection "the Electronic block of management (ECU)" see above).
2. Disconnect electroconducting and remove the block of the relay from a basic plate.
3. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of fixing of the block on a plate. |
