Removal and installation of the case of a throttle

Before the beginning of performance of procedure attentively familiarise with preventions the Power supply system - petrol models has undressed!

Removal

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

Models Bosch Motronic МР5.1

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a fixing collar and disconnect an inlet air sleeve from the throttle case. Remove a sealing ring.
2. Disconnect the core of a cable of gas from a cam throttle заслонки, then liberate a cover of a cable from a basic arm (do not forget to remove also a flat washer and a spring clamp).
3. Release fixing clamps and disconnect electric sockets from assemblages of a potentiometer of an axis throttle заслонки, a heating element of the throttle chamber (at a corresponding complete set) and the gauge of temperature of soaked up air (IAT).
4. Turn out three fixing screws and remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline. Remove from the pipeline a sealing ring (at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the air sleeve connecting an air cleaner with the case of a throttle (Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner see).
2. Disconnect the core of a cable of gas from a cam throttle заслонки, then liberate a cover of a cable from a basic arm (do not forget to remove also a flat washer and a spring clamp). At a corresponding complete set disconnect приводной a cable of inclusion of a mode kick-down (Automatic transmission see).
3. Release fixing clamps and disconnect electric sockets from assemblages of a potentiometer of an axis throttle заслонки, a heating element of the throttle chamber, gauge IAT and the step-by-step motor of updating of turns of idling (at a corresponding complete set).
4. Give three fixing screws/nuts and remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline. Remove from the pipeline a sealing ring (at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail).

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. It is necessary to give special attention to following moments:
   a) do not forget to establish a new sealing ring on interfaced to the case of a throttle a surface of the inlet pipeline. Track reliability of a tightening of fixture of the case of a throttle;
   b) Track correctness of connection and reliability of fastening of all hoses and electric sockets;
   c) In summary make adjustment of cables of gas (Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of gas see) and (at a corresponding complete set) mode inclusions kick-down (Automatic transmission see).
