1. Translate the selector lever in position N.
2. For the purpose of providing of access to the end turned to transmission drive a cable remove the battery with the pallet and a basic plate (the engine Electric equipment see the Head). In case of need remove also an inlet air line () (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
3. Turn out two screws of fastening of a cover of a cable in the arm, then accurately disconnect a tip from the spherical hinge on the end of the lever of a choice of transfers on transmission.

Do not suppose change of position of the lever of a choice of transfers after a detachment drive a cable! As an additional safety measure mark lever position rather картера transmissions.

4. Give a fixing nut and remove the lever from a pin of a rod of a choice of transfers.
5. Pierce in a face surface of an epiploon pair of small apertures. Screw in apertures саморезы. Having grasped nippers heads of screws, take an epiploon from the nest.
6. Wipe walls of a nest of an epiploon and a surface of a pin of a rod. In case of need a fine-grained emery paper remove agnails and the teases, capable to lead to failure of a new epiploon. At revealing of serious defects it is necessary to make rod replacement.
7. Grease sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil, then accurately put on an epiploon sealing sponges inside a rod of a choice of transfers (try not to damage a sponge). By means of a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter plant an epiploon in a nest заподлицо with a surface картера transmissions (оправка should rest only against firm external edge of an epiploon).
8. Put on the lever of a choice of transfers a pin of a rod and tighten a nut of its fastening with demanded effort.
9. Establish a flange of fastening of a cover of a cable on a basic arm on transmission and fix its fixing bolts.
10. Make sure that levers of the selector and a choice of transfers on the former are in position N, then make adjustment of a cable and its connection to the choice lever (subitem 4-6 in section Adjustment drive a cable of a choice of transfers АТ see).
