Removal, service and installation of longitudinal levers of a back suspension bracket
REMOVAL
|
|
|
1. Поддомкратьте a back of the car also establish it on props. Remove back wheels.
2. Remove a forward extension of a stretcher (see Has undressed Removal and installation of forward extensions of a back stretcher).
3. Remove подшипниковую assemblage (Coupling see the Head).

4. Turn out fastening bolts to the lever of basic arms of a cable of a drive of a lay brake, a brake hose and a plait of electroconducting of wheel gauge ABS. |
5. Remove a board of the brake mechanism and tie up it to a suspension bracket element.
6. Give a fastening nut to the longitudinal lever of a rack of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

7. Give a nut of a bolt of fastening to the lever of the bottom support of the shock-absorber. |
|
|
8. Prop up levelled horizontally longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket трансмиссионным a jack. |
|
|
9. Turn out bolts of fastening of the longitudinal lever to the car bottom. |
10. Release nuts of axial bolts of fastening to the longitudinal lever of cross-section levers of a suspension bracket.

|
11. Release a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the top cross-section lever of a suspension bracket to the longitudinal lever. |
12. Take axial bolts and remove the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
13. Check up the lever on presence of deformations and other mechanical damages, estimate a condition резинометаллических plugs. In case of need replace defective components (see more low), or the lever in gathering. |

DISMANTLING
The forward plug

Establish оправку And from complete set ST 20099АЕ020 on a bed of a press the party with the big internal diameter upwards. Lay the forward end of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket with the plug acting from it on оправку And, from above establish оправку In and compress the formed design a press. Having released a press, take the forward plug squeezed out of the lever from оправки And. |

The back plug

With the help оправки With from complete set ST 20099АЕ040 and a standard stripper of bearings squeeze out of assemblage of the longitudinal lever the back plug. |

ASSEMBLAGE
The forward plug
|
|
|
|
Establish оправку And from complete set ST 20099АЕ020 on a bed of a press the party with smaller internal diameter upwards. Lay on оправку the forward end of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket (lateral aspect downwards). Fill in the lever the new plug, from above establish оправку In and compress the formed design a press, запрессовывая the plug in the lever.

At plug installation track, that it has appeared the developed put paint marks upwards and in a correct direction concerning the lever. |

The back plug
|
|
|
|
Запрессовывание the back plug in the longitudinal lever it is carried out by means of a standard stripper for bearings both оправок With and D from complete set ST 20099АЕ040, - the plug preliminary refuels in оправку D. |

|
INSTALLATION
|
|
|
1. Prop up the longitudinal lever трансмиссионным a jack and get it on the regular place.
2. Establish axial bolts of fastening to the longitudinal lever of cross-section levers and temporarily tighten their nuts.
3. Establish ступичную подшипниковую assemblage (Coupling see the Head).
4. Fix on the longitudinal lever basic arms of a brake tube, a hose and electroconducting of wheel gauge ABS.

5. Having turned, get a regular automobile jack between the back cross-section lever of a suspension bracket and a stretcher and adjust it so that apertures in the bottom support of the back shock-absorber were combined with reciprocal apertures in the cross-section lever.
|
|
In order to avoid stretcher damage enclose under a head of a jack rags. |
|
6. A transmissionnym jack level the longitudinal lever horizontally and tighten with demanded effort of a nut of axial bolts of cross-section levers, and also bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber and actually longitudinal lever.
7. Establish into place a forward extension of a stretcher.
8. In summary drive away the car on a car repair shop for check and adjustment of corners of installation of back wheels. |
