3.1.11. The oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Put the car on a manual brake and block back wheels.
3. Lift car redock.
4. Remove mud guards of the engine.
5. Merge oil and remove the oil filter. Remove маслоуказатель.
6. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
7. Remove exhaust pipes.
8. Remove a cross-beam, having turned away bolts (are specified by arrows).
9. Remove an arm of the compressor of the conditioner
10. Remove the generator and an arm.
11. Remove the rotation gauge коленвала.
12. Remove the left and right intensifying plates, having turned away bolts (are specified by arrows).
13. Turn away fastening bolts картера transmissions (are specified by arrows).
14. Turn away pallet bolts.
15. Incline and remove the oil pallet.
16. Remove маслоприемник, having turned away bolts (are specified by arrows).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove from demountable planes of the block of cylinders and the pallet the consolidation rests. Wash out condensed planes solvent.
2. Be convinced of cleanliness of carving apertures in the block of cylinders.
3. Check up presence on a demountable plane of the pallet of deformations, especially about apertures under bolts. If necessary отрихтуйте a plane a hammer.
4. Check up a condition маслоприемника, presence on it of cracks and a contamination of the filter of rough clearing.
5. At assemblage establish a new lining маслоприемника.
6. Put the platen of hermetic in diameter about 3 mm on a condensed plane of the pallet, leading round apertures from the inside.
The prevention

The detail should be established not later than 5 minutes after hermetic drawing.
7. Cautiously establish the pallet and wrap bolts. In three-four receptions tighten bolts of the pallet with the set moment, beginning an inhaling in the central part.
8. Further assemblage are carried out upside-down. Fill in oil in the engine and replace the filter. Replace linings of an exhaust pipe of the muffler.
9. Start the engine and be convinced of absence of leaks.
