Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight (be convinced that radio tape recorder codes are known).

2. Remove an air inlet, disconnect from a cover ventilation hoses картера.

3. Remove заглушки candles, disconnect wires.

4. Disconnect cables and take aside. Remove a hook for engine posting.

5. Turn away bolts of a cover of a head of cylinders (are specified by arrows), uncover also a lining. If the cover does not give in, displace its blows of a hammer through the soft prorate, or cautiously open consolidation шпателем.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully clear condensed surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders, remove oil traces. Establish a new lining in a cover flute (the lining can to be changed if it has not hardened and on it there are no damages). Track safety of sealants of casings candles (are specified by arrows).

2. Put hermetic on semicircular заглушки and establish them on a head of cylinders.

3. Cautiously establish a cover and wrap bolts.

4. In regular intervals tighten bolts of a cover with the set moment.

5. Establish other details, start the engine and be convinced of absence of a leak.
