THE GENERAL DATA
The prevention

Works are carried out on the cold engine.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. On the engines equipped with PAIR-system (pulse system of injection of fuel) remove system of tubes and the valves close to a collector.
3. Turn off bolts (are specified by arrows) and remove thermal screens.
4. Moisten nuts and bolts of a final collector and a nut of fastening of an exhaust pipe to a collector with a getting liquid. After wetting turn away a nut of fastening of an exhaust pipe (subsection 5.12 see).
5. Turn away a nut and fastening bolts (are specified by arrows) and remove a collector and a lining.
6. Clear demountable planes of a collector and a head of cylinders of the rests of a material of a lining and deposit adjournment. If leak signs through a lining check up deformation of a demountable plane of a collector in a specialised workshop, if necessary прошлифуйте are observed.
7. Dress on hairpins of a head of cylinders a new lining.
The prevention

Labels on a lining should be turned aside from a head of cylinders.
8. Establish a collector and wrap bolts and nuts on former places.
9. Tighten nuts and bolts in three-four receptions with the set moment (it is specified in subsection 3.1.1). Tighten bolts and nuts from the centre to collector periphery.
10. Establish other details in an order, the return to dismantling.

11. Start the engine and check up tightness of connections of a final collector.
