Designation of bolts of a cover of a chain different by the sizes

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight. 2. Merge oil and cooling liquid. 3. Lift car redock. 4. Remove the bottom guards. 5. Remove a broad tank of a radiator. 6. Turn out candles and remove all belts of a drive. 7. Отрвернув bolts (are specified by arrows), remove the compressor of the conditioner and take aside, without disconnecting from a highway. 8. Remove the generator, a roller натяжителя and an arm (bolts of the bottom arm are specified by arrows). 9. Remove a cruise-control drive (if it is provided). 10. Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and remove the pump of a cooling liquid. 11. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step. 12. Remove a head of cylinders. 13. Remove the pallet. 14. Fix a pulley коленвала to turn away a bolt. 15. Turn away a bolt and remove a pulley коленвала. 16. Turn away bolts (arrows) and nuts of a cover of a chain. 17. Cautiously uncover. 18. Remove a chain and an asterisk. 19. Remove успокоители and details натяжителя.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up a condition of a chain and успокоителей. The worn out details replace. In case of strong deterioration успокоителей remove and clear the pallet and маслоприемник. 2. Check up work плунжера. Плунжер should move freely at the taken away clamp. 3. Check up clamp work натяжителя. The clamp should keep reliably плунжер. 4. Check up cleanliness of a jet of an oil atomizer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear a forward part of the engine, a chain and a cover, establish an atomizer. The atomizer should be turned towards a chain. 2. Put on a chain a cam-shaft asterisk, having combined links with distinctive labels on leading and conducted asterisks. Press out a chain, having tied up a strong tape. 3. Combine a link with a distinctive label (it is specified by an arrow) with a groove under шпонку коленвала (is specified by an arrow) and put on a leading asterisk. 4. Put on a cover the hermetic platen, be convinced available all linings and establish a cover (during no more than 5 mines after drawing), having entered the platen of a leading rotor of the oil pump into gearing with a leading gear wheel коленвала. 5. Wrap bolts and tighten with the set moment (subsection 3.1.1 see). Bolts of fastening of a cover of the chain, different in the sizes, are specified in fig. the Designation of bolts of a cover of a chain different by the sizes. Remove обвязку chains. 6. Establish other details upside-down. Be convinced of correctness of installation of a cover, fill system of cooling with a liquid, fill in oil. Start the engine, be convinced of absence of a leak. Establish the moment of ignition and conduct test of road performance of the car.
