The prevention

Works are carried out on the cold engine.


1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Merge from the engine oil and remove the oil filter.
4. Remove the case заслонки, atomizers and the fuel distributor.
5. Remove soaking up collector.
6. Remove a final collector.

The prevention

The soaking up collector and final can be removed collectors together with a head of cylinders for definitive dismantling at the stand.

7. Remove the generator and the ignition distributor.
8. Remove a gear wheel of a cam-shaft with a chain, it is temporary оперев it on успокоитель chains.
9. Remove cam-shafts and pushers.
10. Turn away bolts of fastening of the pump of the hydraulic booster and take the pump aside, without disconnecting hoses. Designate and disconnect remove other details (branch pipes of system of cooling, cables, hoses and conducting).
11. Turn away a fastening bolt (it is specified by an arrow), remove маслоуказатель.
12. Turn away 2 bolts of a cover of a chain.
13. Release bolts of a head of cylinders, turning on each bolt on 1/4 turns at one time. Release bolts in the specified sequence (fig. the Order of easing of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders see). Examine bolts, at detection of deformations or damages of a carving bolts replace.
14. Remove a head of cylinders. If the head does not give in to removal cautiously hook a head, оберев a screw-driver on an arm of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
15. Remove from a head other details that is necessary for survey and careful clearing. Procedures of repair of a head of cylinders are described in subsection 3.3.6).


1. Clear demountable surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders.
2. Accurately (having taken measures that the dirt has not got to apertures) соскребите a deposit and the rests of a material of a lining.
3. Check up presence on demountable planes of a head and the block of cylinders задиров, having chopped off, hollows and other damages. Insignificant damages can be eliminated надфилем, at serious damages the head or the block are subject to repolishing.
4. Blow compressed air all channels and apertures.
5. Establish into place all details which have been removed at dismantling of a head.
6. Put on the block of cylinders a new lining, focusing on pins.
7. Cautiously establish a head on the block of cylinders, without breaking lining position. Oil persistent surfaces of heads of bolts for the engine.
8. Wrap by hand bolts of a head of cylinders on their former places. Short bolts wrap on the party of inlet valves, and long – from outside final. Tighten bolts with the set moment in the specified sequence (fig. the Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders see). At 2nd and 3rd stages of an inhaling bolts доворачиваются on 1/4 turns (90 °).
9. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down. Fill system of cooling with a liquid, fill in oil. Start the engine, be convinced of absence of a leak. Establish the moment of ignition and conduct test of road performance of the car.
