The pressure regulator is intended for change of pressure in a contour of brakes of forward and back wheels depending on loading on forward and back axes. Loading on a forward axis of not loaded lorry exceeds loading on a back axis, therefore at braking pressure in a contour of forward brakes should be above than a contour back. If in the car there is a cargo loading on a back axis can exceed loading on a lobby. Therefore, the regulator of pressure of considered cars provides pressure redistribution in contours of brakes depending on cargo.

Sensitive element of a regulator of pressure is the spring which is stretched depending on cargo weight. The initial tension of a spring is regulated. Into regulator structure enters dosing out and перепускной valves.

Repair regulator adjustment are carried out only in car-care centre, it is independently possible to perform works on removal and installation (replacement). At a detachment of a rod of a regulator in case of dismantle of the back bridge unit adjustment is not required.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car. 2. Turn away a nut of unions of a regulator, disconnect and muffle tubes. 3. Turn away a counternut and turn out an adjusting bolt on the back lever. 4. Turn away bolts and remove a regulator with an arm. 5. Installation is carried out upside-down. Adjust distance And, rotating a bolt. Remove air and a hydrodrive.
