The switch and switch position are specified by arrows.

Check and replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The switch is over a brake pedal.

2. If the switch does not close contacts check up a safety lock and lamps of a signal of braking.

3. If these details are serviceable, check up pressure presence on the switch.

4. If pressure is absent, check up wires. Otherwise be convinced that by pressing a pedal the second contact there is a pressure. If pressure is not present, the switch replace. If pressure appears, but lamps do not burn, check up a chain from the switch to lamps.

5. For replacement remove the bottom facing of a steering column, disconnect from the wire switch, turn away a counternut and remove the switch.

6. Establish the switch upside-down. Adjust the switch.
