Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The prevention

On the cars equipped with a pillow of safety rotation of a wheel after removal of the mechanism it is not supposed in order to avoid pillow damage. Fix a wheel, having dressed on it a seat belt and having fixed a buckle.
1. Expose a wheel in driving position on a straight line, lift car redock.
2. Disconnect tips of draughts from fists.
3. Turn away 10 bolts and remove the bottom guard of the engine.
4. Remove the stabilizer.
5. Designate position of an intermediate shaft and turn away a coupling bolt шлицевой муфты карданного the hinge (arrows specify bolts муфты the hinge and the union of tubes).
6. Disconnect from the steering mechanism of a tube of the hydraulic booster.
7. Turn away a nut and a bolt on the right side of the mechanism, a nut and a through bolt on the other hand (arrows specify nuts and bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism to a frame).
8. Remove the steering mechanism.
9. If the wheel shaft has casually turned, remove a wheel and centre the coil of a wire of a pillow of safety.
10. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down.
11. Tighten bolts and nuts with the set moment and remove air from the hydraulic booster.
