PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift car redock. 2. Clear support and check up a condition of sealants. 3. Raise the car, having substituted a jack under the bottom lever of a suspension bracket to unload a support. 4. Shake a wheel mount, simultaneously checking люфт in a support (it is carried out with the assistant). If люфт considerable a support replace (see fig. Check люфта in the bottom spherical support). 5. Shake the top support. Replace a support if it is found out considerable люфт. 6. The support should be checked at each removal of a fist or support. 7. For check try to turn a support finger by hand. 8. If the finger is turned by hand a support replace. 9. The manufacturer more exact way is recommended. 10. Shake a finger of a support from itself and on itself 5 times then turn a nut. 11. A Dinamometrichesky key with a scale in some Н.м. Check up the resistance moment проворачиванию a finger. 12. Turn a finger a key, doing 1 turn for 2–4 seconds On 5th turn check up indications of the moment and compare with standard (subsection 9.1 see). 13. If the moment differs from norm a support replace.

Replacement of the top support

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a fist. 2. Remove a collar, a cover and get a lock ring. 3. Выпрессуйте a support a stripper through оправку (1 – deep оправка). 4. If the hinge, запрессуйте with its hydraulic press through 2 оправки is replaced (1 – оправка). 5. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down. 6. All fastenings of a suspension bracket tighten with the set moment.

Replacement of the bottom support

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect steering draught. 2. Disconnect a fist from the bottom lever. 3. Turn away bolts and remove the bottom support. 4. Establish a new support and tighten bolts with the set moment. 5. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down.
