PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check of a condition of a belt make on all its length. In the presence of deterioration, разлохмачивания or cracks it is necessary to replace a belt. It is desirable to have in the car spare приводной a belt of corresponding type. 2. The belt tension is considered correct if by pressing by a hand thumb the middle of the longest branch of a belt the belt deflection makes 13 mm. 3. For adjustment ослабьте the top nut of fastening of the generator and a bolt of fastening of an arm. Using wooden брусок, wring out the generator from the engine and adjust a tension auxiliary drive a belt. After tension adjustment tighten the top nut of fastening of the generator and a bolt of fastening of an arm.

1. Loosen the a nut of the top fastening of the generator and a bolt, крепящий an arm, then, moving the generator to the engine, ослабьте a tension auxiliary drive a belt also remove it from pulleys. On models with the steering amplifier first of all it is necessary to remove приводной a belt of the pump of the amplifier of a steering. 2. Establish auxiliary приводной a belt on pulleys and adjust its tension. At installation of a new auxiliary belt repeatedly adjust its tension in 5 minutes of work of the engine.

Replacement

1. Loosen the a counternut, then completely unscrew an adjusting nut and remove приводной a belt from pulleys. 2. Establish auxiliary приводной a belt and adjust its tension. At installation of a new auxiliary belt repeatedly adjust its tension after 5 minutes of work of the engine.

ПРИВОДНОЙ THE BELT OF THE PUMP OF THE AMPLIFIER OF STEERING MANAGEMENT / OF THE GENERATOR ON LATE MODELS 1,6 OF L

Since March, 1987 one belt for a drive of the generator and the pump of the amplifier of a steering on engines of 1,6 l is used. Used flat приводной the belt with ribs has higher tension.

For adjustment of a tension auxiliary drive a belt it is necessary to use an adapter.

Check and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the a point of turn of the generator and adjusting bolts of a belt also establish an adapter. 2. Using динамометрический a key, tighten an adjusting bolt the moment of 55 Nanometers for a new belt or 50 Nanometers for a belt which was in the use. 3. Keeping a belt in this position, tighten bolts of fastening of the generator.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For belt removal ослабьте a point of turn of the generator and bolts also remove приводной a belt from pulleys. 2. Establish приводной a belt and adjust its tension. At installation of a new wire belt repeatedly adjust its tension after 5 minutes of work of the engine.
