4.5.17. Replacement of support of the power unit

THE GENERAL DATA

Engine fastenings

1 – a right forward support, 2 – an arm of a right forward support, 3 – a back support, 4 – an arm of a back support,

5 – a left forward support, 6 – an arm of a left forward support, 7 – an arm of the right forward support (engines with the steering amplifier)

If shock-absorbers of support of the engine are worn out or damaged, it is necessary to replace them.

Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Fix the engine on the lift or on a jack established under the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The right forward support 1. Unscrew three bolts, крепящих a support arm to the block of cylinders, and two bolts, крепящих a support to a body (are specified by arrows). Remove fastening entirely and disconnect a support from an arm. 2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. The left forward support 3. Unscrew two bolts (are specified by arrows), крепящих a support to a transmission arm, and two bolts (are specified by arrows), крепящих a support to a body. Remove a support. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Back support 5. Unscrew two bolts, крепящих a support to a transmission arm (), and unscrew two nuts, крепящих a support to a cross-beam (). Remove a support. 6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
