6.2.10. Check and adjustment of system of injection of fuel

Check

In system of injection of fuel it is independently possible to check up only the basic electric chains.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If normal work of the engine is broken, first of all check up a condition of electric conducting and sockets. Check up a condition of a filtering element of the air filter, and also a condition and an interelectrode backlash of spark plugs. Check up passableness of hoses of ventilation картера the engine and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator. 2. If the engine still works unstably, check up a compression in engine cylinders. 3. If there is a suspicion for bad work of a fuel atomizer, clean it. 4. If the engine still works unstably, check up elements of system of ignition. 5. If malfunction is not eliminated yet, check up integrity of fuses and a condition of electric sockets, and electroconductings. On electric sockets there should not be melted off contacts, a moisture, traces of corrosion, a dirt and other damages. 6. After carrying out of independent check address on specialised station Opel for diagnostics of system of injection of fuel on the special equipment.

Adjustment

On models 1,4 and 1,6 l in the presence of the special equipment it is possible to check up the maintenance WITH in exhaust gases and idling turns. For adjustment it is necessary to address on servicing deport Opel.

On models 1,8 it is possible to make adjustment of turns of idling and quality of a mix.

On models 2,0 in the presence of the specialised exact equipment it is possible to check up the maintenance WITH in exhaust gases and idling turns. If turns of idling or the maintenance WITH do not manage to be adjusted, means, in a control system of the engine there is a malfunction.
