THE GENERAL DATA

Before removal of any of elements it is necessary to remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.

THE SWITCH OF POSITION THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electric socket from the switch. 2. Unscrew two screws and remove the switch from an axis throttle заслонки. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. 4. Adjust switch position as follows. Loosen the screws of fastening of the switch also turn the switch counter-clockwise before occurrence of notable resistance. In this position tighten the screw (it is specified by an arrow) switch fastenings. 5. Ask the assistant to press a pedal of an accelerator for opening throttle заслонки. During the initial moment of opening throttle заслонки from the switch click and the second click should be audible should be audible at full opening throttle заслонки.

FUEL ATOMIZERS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Models till 1990 1. Work is necessary for making on the cold engine at the switched off all consumers of the electric power. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Loosen the collars of fastening of hoses (are specified by an arrow) and remove a fuel highway from fuel atomizers. 3. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel atomizers. 4. Unscrew on two bolts of fastening on each atomizer and take fuel atomizers from holders, without having damaged thus needle valves of atomizers. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, but thus it is necessary to use new sealing rings of fuel atomizers. Models since 1990 6. Removal and installation of fuel atomizers is made in the same way, as well as on models till 1990. Difference consists that the fuel highway is fixed by bolts, and atomizers fasten to a fuel highway скобами.

MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF THE STREAM OF AIR

The measuring instrument of a stream of air is located between the air filter and the throttle case.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electric socket from a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Loosen the collars (are specified by an arrow) and remove a rubber air line. 2. Loosen the collars also remove a measuring instrument of a stream of air with the top part of the case of the air filter. 3. Unscrew bolts (are specified by arrows), fastening a measuring instrument of a stream of air to the case of the air filter. 4. Check up smoothness and moving freedom заслонки a measuring instrument of a stream of air. If necessary clear of a dirt space nearby заслонки. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE MANAGEMENT BLOCK

The management block is located sideways niches for feet of the forward passenger.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Models till 1990 1. Remove furnish of a niche for feet of the forward passenger. 2. Check up that ignition is switched off, then release a clamp and disconnect a multicontact electric socket. 3. Unscrew three screws and remove the management block. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, but check up that at connection of an electric socket ignition should be switched off. Models since 1990 5. Remove a measuring instrument of a stream of air. 6. Unscrew four screws, fastening a cover to the top part of a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Screws can be closed заглушками. Uncover, an insert and take the management block. 7. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID

The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid for system of injection of fuel is located about the generator.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge from system of cooling about three litres of a cooling liquid. 2. Disconnect an electric socket and unscrew the gauge. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Before ввинчиванием the gauge put on a gauge carving a thin layer of hermetic. Add cooling liquid in cooling system.

THE ADDITIONAL AIR VALVE

The additional air valve fastens bolts sideways covers of a head of the block of cylinders.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from the valve an electric socket. 2. Loosen the collars also disconnect from the valve air hoses. 3. Unscrew a bolt and remove the valve. 4. For valve check look through an aperture of a branch pipe of the valve. On the cold valve the aperture for air giving should be opened. On the heated-up valve after connection of contacts of the valve to the accumulator the valve disk should turn and close an aperture. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. For hose fastening it is necessary to use new collars. At presence негерметичности on the inlet party of the valve idling turns will increase.

THE MANAGEMENT RELAY

The management relay is located on the top part of a rack of a forward suspension bracket. At relay switching-off work of the fuel pump that is necessary at compression check in engine cylinders stops.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew a bolt and remove the relay with an arm from the top part of a forward rack. 2. Take the relay from an electric socket. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL

The regulator of pressure of fuel is located between fuel atomizers of the third and fourth cylinders.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Using clips, press hoses of giving of fuel to a regulator of pressure of fuel. 3. Disconnect fuel and vacuum hoses and remove a regulator of pressure of fuel. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
