6.2.4. Used fuel

THE GENERAL DATA

The fuel recommended to use, is specified in subsection 6.2.1.

Standard high-quality grades of fuel are suitable. Quality of fuel considerably influences capacity, a kind of work and engine service life. Great value additives (additive) added to fuel thus have, therefore fill only qualitative grades of fuel with additives.

MODELS 1,4 AND 1,6 L

On all models 1,4 and 1,6 l are established catalysts and consequently it is necessary to use only Unleaded gasoline 95 RON. At use этилированного gasoline the catalyst will be damaged.

L MODELS 1,8

All models 1,8 of l are intended for work on неleaded gasoline 98 RON. If it is necessary to use Unleaded gasoline 95 RON, for a detonation exception in engine cylinders it is necessary to execute following actions.

At use unleaded gasoline 95 RON on early models with the engine 18 Е it is necessary to reduce a corner of an advancing of ignition on 3 °. On later models with the engine 18 SE OCTANESое the fuel number can be set switching заглушки in a plait of wires of system of ignition.

Заглушка it is located on the right side of a motor compartment and at factory it is established for use of gasoline 98 RON. For car operation on неleaded gasoline 95 RON it is necessary to release fixing скобу, to remove заглушку, to turn it on half of turn and to establish into place.

L MODELS 2,0

On all models with the catalyst it is necessary to use only Unleaded gasoline 95 RON.

All models which do not have the catalyst, are intended for work on неleaded or leaded gasoline 98 RON. For car operation on неleaded gasoline 95 it is necessary to rearrange заглушку OCTANESого fuel numbers.
