THE GENERAL DATA

The electric drive structure includes switches a lock drive, the management and wire block.

The management block is mounted in salon, to the right of the block of safety locks. It is independently possible to execute simple checks of a drive and connections. More detailed check and elimination of serious malfunctions is carried out in car-care centre.

Management of locks is carried out by the reversive solenoids mounted in door niches.

Switches of locks have 2 positions Lock and Unlock. From the switch on the management block the signal of unlocking or door lock-out arrives. The management block changes polarity of a signal according to switch position, as a result conclusions of the coil of the solenoid incorporate or weight or to a food +12 Century

On a part of cars antijoy ride devices are built in door-locks.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Safety locks and breakers are at first checked.
2. At operation of a drive of the lock at any position of the switch click should be listened.
The switch of the lock of a door of the driver
3. In position LOCK of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 2 and 4.
4. In position OFF of the switch of a chain between conclusions should not be.
5. In position UNLOCK of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 2 and 3.

6. In position LOCK of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 3 and 4.
7. In position OFF of the switch of a chain between conclusions should not be.
8. In position UNLOCK of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 2 and 4.

9. In position LOCK of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 1 and 6, and also between conclusions 3 and 4.
10. In position UNLOCK of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 1 and 3, and also between conclusions 4 and 6.
11. Between conclusions 2 and 5 should be a chain (an illumination chain).
12. If switches are serviceable, check up breakage presence in the wires connecting the block of management, solenoids and switches. Otherwise the switch replace.
13. Check up connection with weight of the block of management and switches.
14. If does not work only one solenoid check up presence on it pressure, having removed door facing. In position Lock on one of wires there should be a pressure. After switch reconducting in position Unlock pressure should be on an opposite wire.
15. If pressure is, the solenoid replace.

16. Otherwise check up the relay or a wire between the block of management and the solenoid. As a rule this wire breaks at closing and door opening.
