Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect sockets from the distributor.
3. Find on a cover a label of a conclusion of 1st cylinder. If the label on a cover is absent, find a corresponding conclusion on a wire from 1st cylinder.
4. Uncover the distributor, turn коленвал and establish бегунок opposite to a conclusion of 1st cylinder.
5. Put a label on bottom the distributor case directly under the index бегунка (it is specified by an arrow).
6. Designate also position of the case of the distributor on a head of cylinders (it is shown by arrows).
7. If fastening by two bolts with заплечиками for a flange release these bolts (to provide a free wheeling of a shaft of the distributor) is provided but completely do not turn on.
8. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the distributor, then submit the distributor in a horizontal direction and get it. Turn коленвала after distributor removal is not supposed. If коленвал nevertheless turned, establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a step of compression and сориентируйте бегунок and the distributor case.
9. Combine sample on a gear wheel of the distributor with a flute on the case.
10. Insert the distributor into the engine, it is exact сориентировав the case on the put labels.
11. If the distributor is not established in a place once again check up the labels put before dismantling. Establish the distributor precisely on these labels.
12. Wrap a bolt of fastening of the distributor.
13. Further installation is carried out upside-down.
11. Check up installation of the moment of ignition (subsection 11.6 see), tighten a fastening bolt.
