13.24.5. Replacement of switches

THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

Before removal of any switch remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.

THE ILLUMINATION SWITCH

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A screw-driver wring out fixing скобы, located with switch sides, and take the switch from the panel (the spring clamp is noted by an arrow). 2. Disconnect from the switch an electric socket. 3. If the switch does not act in film, remove the panel of devices. 4. For switch installation connect to it an electric socket and establish the switch into place before accurate fixing.

THE SWITCH OF THE LIGHT ALARM SYSTEM

The switch acts in film and established in the same way, as well as the illumination switch (see above).

THE SWITCH OF ANTIFOG HEADLIGHTS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, take the switch from a nest, then disconnect from it an electric socket and remove it. 2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

REGULATOR OF ILLUMINATION OF THE PANEL OF DEVICES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the panel of devices. 2. Unscrew the screw and remove a regulator of illumination of the panel of devices. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE SWITCH OF THE FAN OF THE HEATER / OF THE HEATER OF BACK GLASS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Removal and switch installation is made in the same way, as well as the illumination switch (see above). 2. If the switch does not act in film, remove the panel of devices.

SWITCHES ON THE STEERING COLUMN

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For access improvement to switches it is desirable to remove a steering wheel. 2. Unscrew screws and remove the top and bottom casings of a steering column. Casings of a steering column fasten 8th screws on a steering column regulated on height and 5th screws on a noncontrollable steering column. 3. Release spring clamps and remove switches from a steering column. 4. If necessary unscrew two screws and remove a casing of switches. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE STOPLIGHT SWITCH

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from the switch electric sockets and, having turned the switch on 90 °, remove it from an arm. 2. Before installation of the switch of stoplights take плунжер from the switch on the maximum distance for automatic adjustment of the switch.

THE SWITCH OF THE MIRROR WITH THE ELECTRIC DRIVE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a back part of the central console. 2. Release and remove the switch. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

SWITCH STEKLOPODEMNIKOV

Removal and switch installation is made in the same way, as well as the switch of a mirror with the electric drive (see above).

SWITCHES OF ILLUMINATION OF SALON

Switches of illumination of salon плунжерного type are established in door racks (the arrow specifies the switch of illumination of a luggage space).

The same switches operate illumination of a luggage space and a ware box.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a door, unscrew the screw of fastening of the switch and take it from a door rack. 2. Adhere to the wires going to the switch, a cord. 3. Disconnect an electric socket from the switch. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
