Installation of a gear belt
And – to pull a belt,

| 1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove auxiliary приводные belts and the air filter. |
|
3. Remove the top casing of a gear belt. |
| 4. Examine a gear belt on presence of damages and pollution. If necessary replace a belt. |
|
5. Unscrew bolts and remove a pulley of a cranked shaft. |
|
6. Remove the bottom casing of a gear belt (bolts of fastening of the bottom casing of a gear belt are specified by arrows). |

Removal, installation and tension adjustment
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Look the corresponding description in subsection 4.4.5, but consider that you do not need to weaken bolts of the water pump and to rotate the pump as the belt tension is regulated automatically. |
|
2. Unscrew a bolt натяжителя a belt and turn the lever натяжителя to weaken a belt tension. Fix натяжитель in such position, having tightened a bolt. Remove a gear belt. |
| 3. Check up, that the ledge on a flange of the water pump has been combined with a corresponding ledge on the block of cylinders. If necessary adjust position of the water pump (fig. Installation of a gear belt see). |
| 4. Pull a gear belt, having weakened a bolt натяжителя and having turned the lever натяжителя counter-clockwise against the stop. Tighten a bolt натяжителя. |
| 5. Turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions and check up that adjusting labels are combined with indexes. |
| 6. Again ослабьте a bolt натяжителя also turn the lever натяжителя so that to combine the index натяжителя and a cut in an arm натяжителя (see fig. Automatic натяжитель a gear belt). Tighten a bolt натяжителя. |
