THE GENERAL DATA

REGULATOR OF TURNS OF IDLING

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Note an arrangement of air hoses, then disconnect an electric socket (drawing at the left) and air hoses (collars of fastening of hoses are specified by arrows in drawing on the right) from a regulator of turns of idling. On the engine with 16th valves the regulator is located under an inlet collector and access to it is most convenient from below. 2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE MANAGEMENT BLOCK

The management block is located behind the lateral panel of furnish in deepening for feet of the driver.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew screws of fastening of furnish of a threshold and remove furnish. 2. Remove consolidation of a door and turn away an upholstery. 3. Remove plastic fixing скобы and remove the furnish panel in deepening for feet of the driver. 4. Unscrew screws, fastening the management block, then disconnect an electric socket and remove the management block. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

FUEL ATOMIZERS OF SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL MOTRONIC ML4.1 AND М1.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a regulator of turns of idling. 2. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel atomizers. 3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a fuel highway to an inlet collector. 4. Remove скобы, fastening fuel atomizers to a fuel highway. 5. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the throttle case. 6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of a hose of giving of fuel. 7. Being careful, remove a fuel highway from an inlet collector and take fuel atomizers. 8. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At installation of fuel atomizers use new sealing rings.

FUEL ATOMIZERS OF SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL MOTRONIC N2.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the chamber of preliminary accumulation of fuel. 2. Clear places of connection of fuel hoses to a fuel highway, then remove fuel hoses. 3. For access improvement disconnect ventilation hoses картера from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. 4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel. 5. Disconnect electric sockets from a measuring instrument of a stream of air and the switch of position throttle заслонки. 6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of a cable of an accelerator and move it aside. 7. Unscrew nuts, fastening tyres of grounding from two parties of a fuel highway. 8. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel atomizers. Sockets fasten spring скобами which are necessary for removing flat-nose pliers. 9. After a detachment of sockets release a plait of wires and move it on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. 10. Unscrew two bolts, fastening a fuel highway to an inlet collector. 11. Being careful, remove a fuel highway with fuel atomizers from an inlet collector. 12. Take скобы скобы fastenings of a fuel atomizer to fuel магистралии. 13. Having pulled, take fuel atomizers from a fuel highway. 14. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At installation of fuel atomizers it is necessary to use new sealing rings.

POTENTIOMETER OF POSITION THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ MOTRONIC M1.5

The potentiometer of position throttle заслонки acts in film and established in the same way, as the switch of position throttle заслонки on earlier models.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL MOTRONIC M1.5 AND 2.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On models with system of injection Motronic M2.5 remove the chamber of preliminary accumulation. 2. Disconnect fuel hoses from a regulator of pressure of fuel. 3. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel. 4. Unscrew four screws, fastening a regulator of pressure of fuel to a fuel highway and remove it. 5. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

AIR CHAMBER MOTRONIC 2.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew four screws, fastening the air chamber to the throttle case. On some models there is the fifth screw located on the left side. 2. Loosen the a collar, крепящий a hose of a measuring instrument of a stream of air to the air chamber. 3. Slightly raise the air chamber and disconnect a hose of a regulator of turns of idling on the left side of the chamber. Remove the air chamber. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. 5. Check up that the sealing ring located between the case of a throttle and the air chamber, has not moved. If necessary fix a ring several drops of hermetic.

THE SWITCH OF POSITION THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ MOTRONIC 2.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the air chamber and a measuring instrument of a stream of air. 2. Disconnect from the switch a multicontact electric socket, unscrew two screws and remove the switch. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Before a tightening of screws of fastening of the switch adjust switch position.

MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF WEIGHT OF AIR MOTRONIC 2.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a multicontact electric socket from a measuring instrument of weight of air. 2. Loosen the collars also remove from two parties of a measuring instrument of weight of air air hoses. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID MOTRONIC 2.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge from cooling system cooling liquid so that level of a cooling liquid was below level of a casing of the thermostat. 2. Disconnect a multicontact electric socket from the gauge on a thermostat casing. The gauge of system of injection of fuel Motronic больший from two gauges. Unscrew the gauge from a thermostat casing. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments: at gauge installation use a new sealing ring, and on a gauge carving apply a thin film hermetic. 4. Add cooling liquid in cooling system.

THE GAUGE OF DETONATION MOTRONIC 2.5

The detonation gauge is located on a back part of the block of cylinders of the engine. If the inlet collector is established on the engine access to the gauge is most convenient from the bottom part of a motor compartment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electric socket (it is specified by an arrow) red or orange colour from the detonation gauge. Unscrew the screw and remove the gauge. 2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Check up that interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders and the gauge pure both dry and the gauge is reliably fixed. Unreliably fixed gauge will not perceive a detonation in cylinders of the engine and, accordingly, will not correct a corner of an advancing of ignition.

THE OXYGEN GAUGE ON MODELS WITH THE CATALYST

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature, then switch off it and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Disconnect an electric socket of the gauge of oxygen which is located about the top fastening of the right rack of a forward suspension bracket. Release the electric wires going to the gauge of oxygen. 3. Working under the car, unscrew the gauge of oxygen from a final collector. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Before ввинчиванием the oxygen gauge put on its carving антипригарный structure. The carving of new gauges of oxygen is covered антипригарным by structure.

THE COAL FILTER ON MODELS WITH 16 TH VALVES WITH THE CATALYST

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and remove the left wheel. 2. Loosen the a nut (it is specified by an arrow) fastenings of the coal filter. 3. Take the coal filter from a clip, disconnect from it hoses and remove it. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

THE VENTILATION VALVE ON MODELS WITH 16 TH VALVES WITH CATALYSTS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a multicontact electric socket and hoses from the ventilation valve. 2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of the valve and remove the valve together with an arm. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
