DISMANTLING

4-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of shatunno-piston assemblages of 4-cylinder engines are presented on an illustration.
2. Uncover the bottom head of a rod.
3. Take loose leaves шатунного the bearing.

 At assemblage all components should be established strictly on the former places!

4. By means of a special dilator remove from pistons компрессионные rings.
5. Manually remove маслосъемное a ring.
6. Remove a spring lock ring of a piston finger.


6-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of shatunno-piston assemblages of 6-cylinder engines are presented on an illustration.
2. Dismantling is made in the order similar described above for 4-cylinder engines.

ASSEMBLAGE

4-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having greased with impellent oil, establish on the former places in the bottom heads of rods and their cover loose leaves шатунных bearings.
2. Plant rods on necks of a cranked shaft (everyone on former), - track, that rods have been developed by marks forward.
3. Establish covers of the bottom heads of rods (arrows forward) and fix their nuts, preliminary having oiled a carving.
4. Manually plant in the bottom flutes of pistons at first a dilator, then the bottom and top working sections маслосъемных rings.
5. By means of a special dilator plant in the flutes the second and top компрессионные rings.


6-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Having greased with impellent oil, establish on the former places in the bottom heads of rods and their cover loose leaves шатунных bearings.
2. Plant rods on necks of a cranked shaft (everyone on former), - track, that rods have been developed by marks forward.
3. Establish covers of the bottom heads of rods (everyone on the rod, - be guided on digital marks) and fix their nuts, preliminary having oiled a carving.
4. Manually plant in the bottom flutes of pistons at first a dilator, then the bottom and top working sections маслосъемных rings.
5. Consistently establish hands a divider, the bottom and top strips маслосъемного rings.

6. By means of a special dilator plant in the flutes the second and top компрессионные rings. Develop the top ring in one of the positions specified in illustrations () or (), the second ring develop the lock in an opposite side (under 180 °).

7. Develop the top working section маслосъемного rings the lock in one of the positions specified in illustrations (C) or (D). A ring dilator develop the lock in an opposite direction (under 180 °). The bottom working section of a ring develop the lock in position (E) or (F).

8. Plant NEW spring lock rings in apertures in pistons with opposite to service apertures in the block of the parties.

 Pistons should be developed adjusting labels (A) on the bottoms forward on the engine.
