4-cylinder engines

1. A design of assemblage of the block of cylinders are presented on сопр. Illustrations.
|
|
Before to start dismantling of the block of cylinders, merge impellent oil. |
2. Remove the inlet pipeline (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
3. Remove a V-shaped belt (Routine maintenance see the Head).
4. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
5. Uncover a belt of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of forward covers of drive ГРМ).
6. Remove assemblage газораспределительного a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ, check of a condition of components).
7. Remove a camshaft cogwheel (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of cogwheels of camshafts).
8. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft).
9. Remove the generator and compressor K/V with their arms.
10. Uncover heads of cylinders, camshafts and клапанные components (Sections Removal, check of a condition and installation of elements of a drive of valves, Removal and installation of camshafts and Alternative variants of schemes of regenerative repair of the engine see).
11. Remove a head of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of heads of cylinders).
12. Remove a lining of a head of cylinders, - try not to damage an interfaced surface of the block.
13. On models with РКПП remove coupling assemblage (Coupling see the Head).
14. Remove a flywheel/privodnoj a disk (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk).
15. Uncover an oil separator.
16. Remove перепускную a tube of a water path of a heater.
17. Remove the water pump (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
18. Remove the oil pump (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of the oil pump). For its branch from the block of cylinders take advantage of a screw-driver with a flat sting.

Do not scratch contact surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders. |
19. Turn assemblage of the block of cylinders by the semiblock of 2nd and 4th cylinders upwards. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the pallet картера.
20. Remove a basic arm маслозаборника.
21. Remove маслозаборник.
22. Remove дефлекторную a plate.

23. By means of special adaptation ST 498547000 remove the oil filter. |
|
|
24. Remove a branch pipe охладительного a path. |
25. With the help шестигранного пруткового a key on 14 mm turn out stoppers and uncover service apertures.
|
|
26. Having turned a cranked shaft, result pistons №№ 1 and 2 in positions НМТ, then through service apertures of 1st and 2nd cylinders take spring lock rings. |
|
|
27. By means of special adaptation ST 499097700 (a stripper of piston fingers) take piston fingers шатунных assemblages of 1st and 2nd cylinders.
|
|
Attention: At assemblage all components should be established strictly on the former places! |
|
28. Operating in a similar order, take piston fingers шатунных assemblages of 3rd and 4th cylinders.
29. From outside 2/4-го cylinders turn out connecting semiblocks coupling bolts.
30. On 2-3 turns release the coupling bolts connecting semiblocks of cylinders from outside of cylinders №№ 1 and 3.
31. Turn the block cylinders 1 and 3 upwards and definitively turn out coupling bolts.
3. Separate semiblocks from each other, - in order to avoid moulding damage try not to admit falling of rods!
33. Remove back a cranked shaft an epiploon.
34. Remove a cranked shaft in gathering with rods.
35. The hammer handle beat out loose leaves of radical bearings from beds in semiblocks, - press loose leaves from outside, opposite to lock uvulas. The removed loose leaves put as their installation on the engine.
36. By means of wooden бруска or hammer handles take from cylinders of semiblocks pistons. |

6-cylinder engines

2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft)
3. Remove a forward cover of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of covers of drive ГРМ).
4. Remove assemblage of chain drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation газораспределительных chains).
5. Remove asterisks of camshafts (see Has undressed Removal and installation of asterisks of a drive of camshafts).
6. Remove an asterisk of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of an asterisk of a cranked shaft).
7. Remove a back cover of a chain (see Has undressed Removal and installation of covers of drive ГРМ).
8. Remove camshafts (see Has undressed Removal and installation of camshafts).
9. Remove heads of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of heads of cylinders).
10. Remove приводной a disk (see Has undressed Removal and installation маслоохладителя).

11. Remove роторную a plate of the gauge of position of a cranked shaft (CKP). |
|
|
12. Remove a basic arm of the gauge of position of a cranked shaft. |
13. Turn the engine the pallet картера upwards, turn out fixing bolts and separate the bottom section of the pallet from the top.
14. Remove маслозаборник.

|
15. Turn out bolts of fastening of the top section картера to the block of cylinders.

A: 8 X 40
B: 8 X 65
C: 8 X 85
D: 8 X 130
E: 8 X 24 |

16. With the help шестигранного пруткового a key on 14 mm turn out stoppers and uncover service apertures. |
17. Having turned a cranked shaft, result pistons of 1st and 2nd cylinders in positions НМТ, then through service apertures of cylinders remove spring lock rings of piston fingers.
18. By means of special adaptation ST 499097500 take piston fingers шатунных assemblages of 1st and 2nd cylinders.

19. Operating in a similar manner, take piston fingers шатунных assemblages of 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th cylinders.

20. Turn out coupling bolts and separate semiblocks from each other, in order to avoid moulding damage try not to admit falling of rods! |
21. Remove a back epiploon of a cranked shaft.
22. Remove a cranked shaft in gathering with rods.
23. The hammer handle beat out loose leaves of radical bearings from beds in semiblocks, - press loose leaves from outside, opposite to lock uvulas. The removed loose leaves put as their installation on the engine.
24. By means of wooden бруска or hammer handles take from cylinders of semiblocks pistons. |
