 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 At assemblage each piston should be established strictly in the cylinder! Remove oil from backs of loose leaves of radical bearings and surfaces of beds of bearings in semiblocks, grease with impellent oil radical necks of a cranked shaft.


1. Establish a cranked shaft in the semiblock 2/4-го cylinders.

2. Grease interfaced surfaces of the semiblock with 1/3 hermetic of type Three Bond 1215 and press it to the semiblock 2/4. Attention: do not suppose hermetic hit in flutes under installation of sealing rings, oil channels, flutes of bearings, etc.

3. Operating in ascending order serial numbers, temporarily tighten 10-millimetric coupling bolts of semiblocks. Then definitively tighten them in the same order with demanded effort (47 Nanometers).

4. Operating in ascending order serial numbers, tighten with demanded efforts (with 1 on 7: 25 Nanometers; 8: 6.4 Nanometers) 8-mm and 6-mm coupling bolts of semiblocks of cylinders.

5. By means of special adaptations ST1 499597100 and ST2 499587200 establish a back epiploon of a cranked shaft.

6. Establish piston rings and spring lock rings of piston fingers (the Section Dismantling of the block of cylinders see).
7. Details of installation of pistons are shown on сопр. Illustrations.
8. Develop the block cylinders №№ 1 and 2 upwards and by means of a special key (ST1 4999875200) turn a cranked shaft so that rods of 1st and 2nd cylinders have appeared in positions НМТ.

9. Grease with impellent oil of a surface of pistons and cylinders and with the help оправки for обжимания rings ST2 of 498747100 (models 2.0)/ST 498747300 (models 2.5) fill pistons in cylinders.

10. By means of special tool ST3 preliminary greased with impellent oil 499017100 through a service aperture fill a piston finger in landing apertures шатунной assemblages, then establish a spring lock ring.

11. Grease with hermetic a stopper of a service aperture and establish it together with the NEW sealing washer.
12. Develop the block cylinders №№ 3 and 4 upwards and make installation of the remained pistons.
13. Establish a branch pipe of a path of system of cooling.
14. Establish дефлекторную a plate and fix it with demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).
15. Establish маслозаборник and the pallet картера (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера and маслозаборника).
16. Put hermetic on an interfaced surface of an oil separator and establish last.
17. Establish assemblage of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk).
18. Establish coupling assemblage (Coupling see the Head).
19. Establish a new forward epiploon of the oil pump.
20. Establish on the engine assemblage of the oil pump (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of the oil pump).
21. Establish the water pump (see the Head of System of cooling, heating).
22. By means of special adaptation ST 498547000 establish the oil filter.
23. The further installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components (see Has undressed Service of a head of cylinders).


6-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Working at stand ST 18232AA000, establish in the beds in semiblocks loose leaves of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.
2. Establish a cranked shaft and rods in the semiblock 2/4/6-го cylinders.
3. Impose a pillow of hermetic in diameter of section 1.0 ± 0.2 mm on an interfaced surface of the semiblock 1/3/5 and press it to the semiblock 2/4/6, - try not to admit hermetic hit in adjusting flutes of sealing rings, маслотоки, etc.

4. Operating in strictly certain order, tighten with demanded effort coupling bolts of semiblocks, preliminary having oiled their carving. Then repeat tightening procedure, having held on each bolt 90 more є.

5. Screw the top bolts of the block of cylinders and tighten them with demanded effort (25 Nanometers).

6. By means of special adaptations ST1 499597100 and ST2 499587200 establish a back epiploon.
7. Establish piston rings and spring ring locks (the Section Dismantling of the block of cylinders see).

8. By means of a special key (ST 18252AA000) turn a cranked shaft so that the top heads of rods of 3rd and 4th cylinders and were combined with service apertures.

9. Grease with impellent oil of a surface of pistons and cylinders, arrange pistons marks forward on the engine, then by means of special blooming оправки ST 18254AA000 enter them into cylinders.
10. By means of special tool ST preliminary greased with impellent oil 18253AA000 fill through service apertures piston fingers, then establish NEW spring lock rings.
11. Operating in an illogical manner, establish the remained pistons.
12. Establish stoppers and a cover of service apertures.

13. Put hermetic on an interfaced surface of the top section of the pallet картера (from the inside болтовых apertures) and establish sealing rings.

14. Screw bolts of fastening of the top section of the pallet картера and, operating strictly in a certain order, tighten them, at first it is temporary, then with demanded effort (18 Nanometers).
