PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At malfunction of a chain of a charge of the battery before to draw a conclusion on generator failure execute following checks. 2. Check up a condition and a tension of a belt of the generator. 3. At detection of signs of deterioration a belt replace. 4. Check up an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the generator and an adjusting bolt of a tension of a belt. 5. Check up conducting of the generator and a pressure regulator, reliability of fastening and a condition of sockets. 6. Check up fusible crosspieces, at detection of the fused crosspieces of inserts find out the reason and eliminate. 7. Start the engine and check up a sound published by the generator (the howling or squealing sound specifies in deterioration of bearings). 8. Check up electrolit density in the battery. 9. If density low, charge the battery (the given point does not concern unattended batteries). 10. Check up completeness of a charge of the battery (at faulty section of the battery its recharge is possible). 11. Check up pressure on the battery on the idle engine. Pressure should be about 12 Century 12. Start the engine and again check up pressure which should be now from 13,5 to 15, 1 Century 13. Include a headlight of headlights. At normal work of system of a charge pressure should fall and again increase. 14. If pressure above than normal pressure of a charge replace a pressure regulator. 15. If pressure below normal check up a regulator and the generator, having arrived as follows. 16. Remove from the generator a back cover, connect to weight conclusion F, start the engine, consider pressure on the battery and compare to the standard. 17. If pressure above standard replace a pressure regulator. 18. If pressure below standard check up the generator (or in the absence of the ampermeter hand over in a car-care centre workshop). 19. Finish turns of the engine to 2000 rpm, measure a current at the switched off and included consumers (a headlight of headlights and the fan of a heater included on the maximum turns). 21.
