Installation

Installation carry out upside-down, in view of the following:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) establish bolts with шестигранной a head
2) put greasing AOS 126 000 05 or equivalent on the specified places of the bottom door loop

Forward door in assemblage (Compartment model)

Removal is possible тольуко under condition of removal of the holder of a window

Forward door, removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Disconnect electric wires of a regulator of a window, door-locks and a mirror

Forward door, installation

 Installation carry out upside-down.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) level and adjust a door
2) check up and adjust, as it is necessary, a window regulator
3) connect all electric wires and sockets
4) check up, how much correctly function window lifter, mirrors and door-locks
5) put greasing AOS 126 000 05 or its equivalent on the specified places (arrow) of the bottom door loop

Forward door, replacement

Since VIN 8B MA 008 401, the door covering has been changed. Therefore as the spare part the doors executed in new style will be accessible only. At installation of a new door on the old car, it is necessary to make also installation or replacement of following details:

1 – the decorative door panel;
2 – a window regulator;
3 – an external door condensing lining;
4 – a flat nut / a washer;
5 – a cover of the decorative panel;
6 – a basis of the holder of an external mirror.
