Removal and installation турбокомпрессора

1. Remove the inlet pipeline (Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline and a final collector see). Appearance турбокомпрессора and an arrangement of accompanying components see an illustration the Arrangement турбокомпрессора and accompanying components.

2. Give накидную a nut штуцерного connections and disconnect маслоподающую a tube from the top part of assemblage турбокомпрессора.

3. Cock a lay brake, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props.
4. Disconnect from турбокомпрессора a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (Systems of decrease in toxicity and release of the fulfilled gases see).

5. Working under the car, release fixing collars and remove a hose connecting масловозвратную a tube турбокомпрессора with a branch pipe, connected to the block of cylinders.

6. Turn out the fastening screw маслоподающей tubes to a basic arm on the back party of the block of cylinders.

7. Release накидную a nut штуцерного connections маслоподающей tubes on the block of cylinders and lift the receiver from the engine.

8. Take the filter from штуцерного knot маслоподающей tubes (from outside the block of cylinders). Estimate degree of pollution of the filter, in case of need clean or replace.

9. Working under the car, turn out two bottom bolts of fastening турбокомпрессора.

10. Prop up assemblage турбокомпрессора, then turn out the top bolt of its fastening and remove the remote plug.

11. Cautiously take assemblage турбокомпрессора from an impellent compartment (at the top). If assemblage is subject to the further use, carefully закупорьте all apertures in it in order to avoid dirt hit.


Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
   a) If it is made replacement турбокомпрессора, do not forget to replace also impellent oil and the oil filter. Replace also the filter established in маслоподающую a tube;
   b) do not tighten накидные a nut штуцерных connections маслоподающей a tube until both its ends will be connected. At a tightening штуцерной nuts масловозвратной tubes track, that the returnable hose did not stretch;
   c) Before primary start of the engine make filling of an oil contour турбокомпрессора for what disconnect electroconducting from electromagnetic запорного the valve on ТНВД and turn the engine a starter (1-second inclusions) three times.
