1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Cover with polyethylene the generator in order to avoid hit on it дизтоплива. On the models equipped with the conditioner of air, remove the generator with assembly скобой (the preheat System - diesel models see), and also a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
3. For the purpose of providing of access, remove a casing воздухораспределителя. In case of need remove also an inlet air line and disconnect a ventilating branch pipe from a jellied mouth of impellent oil. Corresponding sections of the present Chapter more in detail see.
4. On models with РКПП prop up противооткатными boots back wheels, then поддомкратьте the right forward corner of the car so that the wheel has completely come off the earth. Establish the lifted car on a prop and include 4th or 5th transfer that it is easy to turn the engine for the right forward wheel. On models with АТ it is necessary to turn the engine a wrench for a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft (for the purpose of resistance decrease turn out candles накаливания).
5. Remove the top cover () газораспределительного a belt (engine Repair see the Head).
6. At a corresponding complete set disconnect hoses from the vacuum converter at end face ТНВД. |

7. Disconnect from the pump a gas cable - Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of gas see. On models with АТ disconnect also a cable of inclusion of a mode kick-down (Automatic transmission see). |

8. Also disconnect from the pump приводной a cable of fast idling (Removal, installation and adjustment of the thermosensitive gauge of turns of fast idling see). |

9. Release a collar/give штуцерный a socket and disconnect a hose of giving of fuel. At a corresponding complete set, remove sealing washers of a hollow bolt штуцерного a socket. At once закупорьте the open end of a hose/union also screw into place a hollow bolt штуцерного connections in order to avoid hit in dirt system. |

10. Disconnect the main tube of return of fuel and отстыкуйте штуцерный a socket of a tube of return of fuel from injectors. Remove sealing washers of a hollow bolt штуцерного a socket. Do not forget to cork the open end hoses and to screw into place a bolt штуцерного knot (do not mix inlet and final штуцерные connection). |

11. Disconnect from the pump corresponding electroconducting. Pay attention that on some pumps of system Bosch simply enough расстыковать contact sockets on a pump arm. On other pumps it is necessary to disconnect electroconducting from separate components (some contact connections are protected by rubber caps). |

12. Give накидные nuts штуцерных connections of fastening of fuel tubes to ТНВД and to atomizers. Second half of socket at отдавании накидной should be kept nuts an additional key. |

|
13. Remove tubes in the complete set. |
|
|
14. At once закупорьте the open ends штуцерных sockets in order to avoid hit in dirt system (it is possible to take advantage of the fingers cut off from rubber gloves). |
|
|
15. Turn a cranked shaft so that two болтовых apertures in cogwheel ТНВД were combined with reciprocal apertures in a forward plate of the engine. |
|
16. Pass in the combined apertures two bolts М8 and strongly tighten them. Pay attention that bolts should keep a cogwheel in the course of pump removal that allows to avoid necessity of removal газораспределительного a belt. |
|
|
17. Mark pump position in relation to a basic arm. |
|
|
18. Give three forward fixing nuts, remove washers. |
|
|
19. Give a back nut, take a bolt (pay attention to an arrangement of washers). Prop up assemblage ТНВД wooden бруском.
|
|
|
20. Remove cogwheel ТНВД from a pin of a shaft of the pump (the Repair procedures which are not demanding extraction of the engine from the car - diesel engines see). Pay attention that the cogwheel can to be taken out from a belt. For fixing of a wheel after pump removal take advantage of two bolts М8.

|
21. Accurately remove the pump. Take from the groove on a pin of a shaft of the pump segment шпонку (if it is planted freely). |
|
|
22. The same do with the plug in a back part of a basic arm. Clean the removed components in a reliable place. |
