The valve is located end face ТНВД. The valve serves for отсекания fuel givings at ignition deenergizing. At disconnection of the valve or breakage of a wire of its food engine start becomes impossible as fuel simply will not arrive in atomizers. Besides to result results jamming плунжера the valve in position "is locked". If the valve jams in position "openly", останова the engine after ignition deenergizing will not occur.

At refusal запорного the valve temporary start of the engine can be made by valve removal (see more low), extraction from it плунжера with a spring and installations into place without internal components. It is necessary to wind a wire so that it did not adjoin to weight. To muffle the engine after such start it is necessary to take advantage of the lever manual останова on ТНВД (the Power supply system - diesel models see), or to switch off ignition on transfer.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. On the models equipped ТНВД of system Bosch, for the purpose of providing of access to the valve it is necessary отболтить from a pump wall a basic arm drive a cable of turns of fast idling. The description of procedure of liberation of a cable from an arm is resulted in section Removal, installation and adjustment of the thermosensitive gauge of turns of fast idling.
3. At a corresponding complete set remove a rubber protective cap, then give a fixing nut клеммного connections with the top end face запорного the valve.
4. Carefully wipe клепан outside, then turn out it from the nest in pump assemblage. Remove a sealing washer/ring. If плунжер with a spring remained in pump assemblage, take them therefrom. For washing away of dust from a nest of landing of the valve take advantage of a rubber pear of the pump of manual filling of the power supply system.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace a sealing washer/ring of the valve. Track observance of demanded effort of a tightening.
