Transfer of a twisting moment from interaxal differential трансмиссионной assemblages to back wheels of the car is carried out by means of карданного a shaft and (through assemblage of back differential) back power shafts (semiaxes).

Kardannyj shaft

Hinges of equal angular speeds that provides the general decrease in level of the noise background created at work трансмиссионной by a line are included in assemblage structure карданного a shaft. The central SHRUS on type concerns hinges of double indemnification and possesses freedom of axial moving.

Back differential

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On cars considered in the present Management back differentials of one of two types are used: VA or Т.

2. In VA-type differential the gear wheel in diameter of 152 mm is used гипоидная, the shaft of a leading gear wheel is fixed in three bearings. The bearing pretightness is regulated by prorate selection in a combination with a washer. The height of a leading gear wheel is regulated by a choice of the washers established on its neck, - at selection of gear wheels the false shaft and a measuring instrument is used.

3. The T-type differential essentially differs from VA-type differential only in diameter гипоидной gear wheels (160 mm).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The design back ступичная assemblages is presented on an illustration.
2. The internal ends of power shafts are entered into gearing with back differential by means of internal SHRUS (the hinge of double indemnification), having moving freedom in an axial direction. The maximum working corner of the internal hinge makes 23 . In case of need the internal SHRUS can be disassembled.
3. External SHRUS of a power shaft are fixed зачеканиваемыми by nuts in naves of wheels. Working corners of external hinges lie within a range to 42 .
4. In aggregate hinges provide smoothness and uniformity of rotation of driving wheels with a minimum level of transferred vibrations.
5. The external holder ступичного the bearing is a component of an adjusting flange. Stupichnaja assemblage приболчена to a back fist, and between them the brake board is established. From both parties ступичной assemblages are established epiploons. In quality ступичного the ball bearing with a pretightness and a noncontrollable corner of contact is used.
6. Brake disks have external installation and fasten to a disk of a wheel by means of wheel bolts.
