REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Поддомкратьте the car also remove back wheels.
3. Расчеканьте ступичную a nut also give its face key.

 In order to avoid damage of bearings after wheel removal ступичную the nut should be weakened and again to tighten!

4. Release a lay brake and remove gauge ABS and a basic arm of a cable of a drive of a lay brake (the Brake system see the Head).
5. Remove from a brake board a support of the brake mechanism and, without disconnecting a hydraulic hose, tie up its wire to a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (the Brake system see the Head).
6. Remove from a nave of a wheel a brake disk, preliminary having marked adjusting position of both components from each other (the Brake system see the Head).
7. Turn out four fixing bolts from the back party of a brake board and remove ступичную assemblage, - in case of need take advantage of stripper ST1 926470000 with оправкой ST2 927140000.

 Try not to damage a rotor of wheel gauge ABS!

8. Check up the removed components on presence of signs of excessive deterioration and mechanical повреждени

Dismantling and assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. With the help оправки ST 398507703 liberate a nave from ступичной assemblages.

2. By means of emphasis ST1 399520105 and holder ST2 927080000 squeeze out an internal holder ступичного the bearing.

 Attention: remove the bearing requiring replacement, - the removed bearing is subject to replacement without fail!

3. With the help ступичного stand ST 927080000 выпрессуйте wheel bolts.

 In order to avoid nave damage do not torture to beat out bolts a hammer!


4. Assemblage is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Installation ступичного the bearing is made by means of holder ST1 927080000, оправки ST2 927450000 and emphasis ST3 28499AE000.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort. A power shaft establish into place by means of special adaptation ST1 922431000 and nozzles ST2 927390000.

2. Before installation ступичной nuts adjust a course of the lever of a lay brake (the Brake system see the Head). Then cock a lay brake and at the squeezed out pedal of a foot brake tighten with demanded effort (118 Nanometers), then зачеканьте ступичную a nut.

 Car lowering on the earth at not tightened ступичной to a nut, no less than pulling of last is interfaced to risk of damage of the bearing!
