1. Remove a combination of devices (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components), disconnect from it electroconducting, include ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 3 (+) a socket i12 and weight of the chassis (a combination of usual type), or between plugs №№ 8 (+) and 5 (+) sockets i10 and i11 (accordingly) and weight of the chassis (a combination of luminescent type). If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up on presence of signs of breakage and short circuit electroconducting on a chain site between the relay of ignition and a combination of devices. 2. Measure pressure between the plug № 7 (+) a socket i12 and weight of the chassis (a combination of usual type), or between plugs №№ 9 (+) and 1 (+) sockets i10 and i12 (accordingly) and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up on presence of signs of breakage and short circuit electroconducting on a chain site between a combination of devices and a protective safety lock. 3. Switch off ignition and measure resistance between the plug № 20 (+) (a combination of usual type) / № 18 (+) (a combination of luminescent type) a socket i10. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to the check final stage, otherwise repair electroconducting. 4. Measure resistance between the plug № 16 (+) (a combination of usual type) / № 7 (+) (a combination of luminescent type) a socket i11. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, replace a combination of devices, otherwise repair electroconducting. |

Check of serviceability of functioning VSS (models with РКПП)
|
1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. 2. Remove a combination of devices in the complete set with an electroconducting plait (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components). Start the engine and untwist wheels to the frequency of rotation equivalent to speed of movement of 20 km/h (12 miles/ch). Measure pressure between the plug № 13 (+) a socket i10 combinations of devices and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not leave for repartitions of a range 1 ÷ 4 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up a speedometer condition (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components). 3. Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from VSS, then include ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 3 (+) socket В17 of the gauge and weight of the power unit. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up on presence of signs of breakage or short circuit electroconducting on a chain site between the relay of ignition and VSS. 4. Switch off ignition and measure resistance between the plug № 2 (+) socket В17 and weight of the power unit. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to the check final stage, otherwise repair electroconducting. 5. Disconnect electroconducting from a combination of devices and measure resistance between the plug № 1 socket В17 and the plug № 13 sockets i10. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, replace VSS, otherwise repair electroconducting. |

Check of serviceability of functioning TCM (models with АТ)
|
1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Start the engine and untwist wheels to the frequency of rotation equivalent to speed of movement of 10 km/h (6 miles/ch). Measure pressure between the plug № 17 (+) socket В56 TCM and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement leaves for repartitions of a range 1 ÷ 4 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up condition TCM (Automatic transmission see the Head).
3. Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from TCM and measure resistance between the plug № 17 (+) socket В56 and the plug № 13 (a combination of usual type) / № 11 (a combination of luminescent type) a socket i10. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, check up a speedometer condition (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components), otherwise repair electroconducting. |

Check of serviceability of functioning ECM
|
1. Start the engine and measure pressure between the plug № 30 (+) socket В134 (a combination of usual type) / the plug № 9 (+) socket В136 (a combination of luminescent type) and weight of the power unit. If the result of measurement makes more than 13 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up condition ECM.
2. Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from ECM and combinations of devices and measure resistance by the plug № 30 (+) socket В134 (a combination of usual type) / the plug № 9 (+) socket В136 (a combination of luminescent type) ECM and the plug № 7 (a combination of usual type) / № 6 (a combination of luminescent type) a socket i11 combinations. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, check up a tachometre condition (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components), otherwise repair electroconducting. |

Check of serviceability of functioning of gauges of a stock of fuel
|
1. Remove the main gauge of a stock of fuel and measure resistance between plugs № 3 and № 6 its contact sockets in extreme positions of a float. In the top position of a float (a full tank) the result of measurement should make 0.5 ÷ 2.5 Ohm, in bottom (an empty tank), - 52.5 ÷ 54.5 Ohm. At performance of the stipulated conditions pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.
2. Remove the auxiliary gauge of a stock of fuel and measure resistance between plugs № 1 and № 2 its contact sockets in extreme positions of a float. In the top position of a float (a full tank) the result of measurement should make 0.5 ÷ 2.5 Ohm, in bottom (an empty tank), - 39.5 ÷ 41.5 Ohm. At performance of the stipulated conditions pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the gauge.
4. Disconnect electroconducting from a combination of devices and measure resistance between the plug № 1 socket R59 of the auxiliary gauge and the plug № 3 sockets i10 (a combination of usual type) / № 15 sockets i11 (a combination of luminescent type). If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting. 5. Measure resistance between the plug № 6 sockets R58 of the main gauge and the plug № 2 sockets R59 of the auxiliary gauge. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise repair electroconducting.
6. Measure resistance between the plug № 3 sockets R58 of the main gauge and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, check up a condition of the main gauge, otherwise repair electroconducting. |

Check of serviceability of functioning of the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine (ECT)
|
1. Check up a gauge condition. If the gauge is perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make replacement.
2. Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from gauge ECT and a combination of devices. Measure resistance between the plug № 3 sockets Е8 and the plug 8 (a combination of usual type) / № 5 (a combination of luminescent type) a socket i12 combinations. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, check up a condition of the gauge of temperature, otherwise repair electroconducting. |

Check of serviceability of functioning of the display of a conclusion of indications of the gauge of temperature of external air
|
1. Switch off ignition, disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of temperature of external air, then again include ignition and measure pressure between the plug № 2 (+) socket F78 of the gauge and weight of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 4 In, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise check up on presence of signs of breakage and short circuit electroconducting on a chain site between the gauge and a combination of devices. 2. Switch off ignition, remove the gauge and check up its condition (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components). If the gauge is perfectly in order, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise make replacement. 3. Disconnect electroconducting from a combination of devices and measure resistance between the plug № 1 socket F78 of the gauge and the plug № 22 sockets i10 combinations. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohm, pass to the check final stage, otherwise repair electroconducting. 4. Connect electroconducting to a combination of devices. Establish between plugs of a contact socket of the gauge the resistor 1.7 Ohm, include ignition and consider indications ЖК of the display of a conclusion of indications. If on the display screen value 25 °С is deduced, hence the display is perfectly in order, otherwise replace the printed-circuit board of a combination of devices (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components). |

Disunite a 5-contact socket of electroconducting of an inverter of a cathodic fluorescent lamp of illumination of a combination of devices from the back party of assemblage of last. Remove an inverter (see Has undressed Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components) and measure resistance between plugs №№ 1 and 2 sockets () combinations and the plug № 7 sockets (). If the result of measurement makes less than 1 Ohm, pass to a following stage of check, otherwise replace the printed-circuit board of a combination of devices. 2. Without establishing an inverter, connect to a combination of devices electroconducting, then include ignition and measure pressure between plugs № 1 and № 5 sockets (). If the result of measurement makes more than 10 In, replace a cathodic lamp in gathering with electroconducting and an inverter, otherwise replace the printed-circuit board of a combination of devices. |
