Removal and installation of components SRS

Burn down electroconductings of lateral pillows of safety

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect SRS (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see). 2. Remove forward seats (the Body see the Head). 3. Remove a console box (the Body see the Head). 4. Unbend the carpet panel of a covering of a floor and disunite two 12-contact sockets of yellow colour on the module of management SRS. 5. Release intermediate clamps and remove burn down electroconductings of a lateral pillow of safety. 6. Check up a condition of isolation and contact sockets of a plait, replace defective components. 7. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability защелкивания intermediate clamps.

The management module

PERFORMANCE ORDER

At the reference with the module of management SRS observe special safety measures, - try not to drop and not to suppose hits on it of a moisture and a dust! 1. Make switching-off SRS (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see). 2. Remove a console ware box (the Body see the Head). 3. Disconnect from the module of management SRS electroconducting. Operating in strictly certain order turn out four screws TORX T40 of fastening of the module. 4. Estimate an external condition of the module and its basic arm, in case of need make corresponding replacements.  Module replacement is made also at operation of any of safety pillows. 5. Installation is made upside-down, - track, that NEW bolts of fastening of the module have been tightened with demanded effort.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make switching-off SRS (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see). 2. Remove the left bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices. 3. Disunite contact pair АВ3/АВ8 of electroconducting of a driver's face-to-face pillow of safety from below under a steering column. 4. Remove the module of a driver's face-to-face pillow of safety (see above). 5. Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head). 6. Uncover a casing of a steering column. 7. Turn out fixing screws and remove a contact drum. 8. Check up a condition of a drum and assemblage combined подрулевых switches. Replace defective components. 9. Installation is made upside-down.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Having finished installation, make sure that forward wheels of the car are in rectilinear position, then develop a pin of a contact drum against the stop clockwise and return it back approximately on 2.65 a turn before combination of adjusting labels (p).

Forward gauges of directed overloads SRS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect SRS (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see). 2. Remove a forward bumper (the Body see the Head). 3. Disconnect from forward gauge SRS subject to removal electroconducting. 4. Turn out fixing screws and remove the gauge. 5. Remove a corresponding forward wheel and локер protection of its arch. 6. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge of a forward pillow of safety. 7. Give two fixing nuts and remove the gauge. 8. Estimate a condition of the gauge, a basic arm and a contact socket of electroconducting. Replace defective components. 9. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.

Gauges of lateral pillows of safety

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect SRS (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see). 2. Remove the bottom panel of furnish of a corresponding lobby of a rack (the Body see the Head). 3. Remove external (main) section of a seat belt of a corresponding forward seat (the Body see the Head). 4. Remove a basic arm and a cover of a service aperture. 5. By means of head TORX Е12, give two nuts and remove the gauge of a lateral pillow of safety. 6. Estimate a condition of the gauge, a basic arm and a contact socket of electroconducting. Replace defective components. 7. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.

Plaits of electroconducting of forward gauges SRS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect SRS (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the device and a functioning principle see). 2. Remove the panel of devices (the Body see the Head). 3. Disunite a contact socket (dark blue colour) electroconductings of the corresponding forward gauge of the directed overloads on assemblage of the main plait of electroconducting. 4. Remove a forward bumper (the Body see the Head). 5. Disconnect electroconducting from forward gauge SRS. 6. Take directing plug through passage and remove burn down gauge electroconductings. 7. Estimate a condition of a plait and its contact sockets, in case of need make replacement. 8. Installation is made upside-down.

Order of recycling of not worked modules of pillows of safety

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Before recycling of not worked module of a pillow of safety it is necessary to make necessarily its discharge (see more low)! The discharge of not worked modules of pillows of safety is made in the order similar described in Section Seat belts - the general information, condition check, removal and installation, an order of recycling not worked emergency натяжителей Heads the Body for not worked emergency натяжителей seat belts (adjusted for points of connection of a connecting cable (№ 98299РА030).
