EACH 90 000 KM OF RUN

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Through the intervals of time/kilometric area defined by Specifications level check трансмиссионной liquids should be made. Make this procedure only after achievement by the engine specified below temperature.
2. Level трансмиссионного oils in a transmission of automatic transmission depends on temperature трансмиссионного oils. Usually level remains to constants if it is not visible places of leaks. In that case there is no necessity for check of level of oil. It is recommended to make this work at servicing deport AUDI.
3. Before the work beginning get трансмиссионную a liquid specified in subsection Current leaving and service, and also new consolidation of a carving stopper and a new safety cap for a stopper. At check of level and oil replacement it is necessary to use goggles.
4. Others necessary for carrying out of the given procedure by tools are support for car fixing in the lifted condition, drain capacity in volume not less than 4-5 litres, newspapers and pure rags.
ATTENTION

At the transmission not filled with oil to start the engine it is not supposed. Also without oil ATF car towage is not supposed.

At work it is necessary to watch cleanliness observance as even insignificant pollution lead to malfunctions in work АТ carefully.

5. Поддомкратьте the car and reliably establish it on support.
ATTENTION

The temperature трансмиссионного oils at the level control should not be above + 30°С. This temperature is reached after short work of the engine. HUNDRED AUDI for the control over temperature attach the diagnostic device. Without application of this device the temperature can be estimated only approximately.

6. At check of oil ATF its temperature should not be above +30°С.
7. The selector of switching of modes should be in position “Р”, the conditioner and heating should be switched off.
8. Substitute capacity for gathering of oil ATF. Turn out a stopper (the marksman on an accompanying illustration). The oil which is in переливной to a pipe, will drip.
9. Cut бокорезами a sealing ring at a carving stopper and replace it.
10. Start the engine and allow to it to work so that the oil temperature has reached +35°С.
11. If in a range of temperatures +35°С and +45°С oil follows from переливной pipes, oil level in norm. In this case screw a stopper with a new lining and tighten the moment 15 Н m.

If oil does not follow, add ATF.
Check of a condition of oil
12. At check of level of oil in automatic transmission also check up an oil condition. For simplification of check of a condition of oil compare colour, a smell and viscosity of oil to new oil.

If oil in transmission has dairy colour, means, water has got to it. It can occur at constant operation of the car on short trips. If colour of oil does not change after a long trip, it is necessary to replace oil.

13. If oil has dark brown colour and sticky, it can be because of an overheat of a transmission or too high level of oil in a box. If replacement of oil does not give result, it is necessary to present the car to specialised workshop AUDI.

If at check of level or oil replacement in an automatic box presence of particles of a dirt or a metal shaving comes to light, it is necessary to make diagnostics or repair of an automatic transmission at specialised servicing deport AUDI.

Refuelling ATF
14. Suspend the tank with ATF the demanded specification at a cowl. On an illustration tank V.A.G 1924 and the diagnostic device for the control of temperature V.A.G 1551 is shown.
15. Hook a screw-driver and remove a safety cap of a stopper (the marksman on an accompanying illustration). The cap is thus damaged and should be replaced with the new. It protects a place for a stopper.
16. Remove a stopper from a jellied mouth.
17. Establish the tank for refuelling of oil V.A.G 1924 and fill in ATF so that it left a control aperture (the marksman on an accompanying illustration).
18. Start the engine and, without getting under way from a place, switch the selector of a choice of modes.
19. Tighten a stopper–1 with a new lining the moment 15 Н m.
20. Establish a stopper in a jellied mouth, put on a new safety cap–2 and fix it.
ATTENTION

Safety cap necessarily replace on new, it protects a stopper.

21. Switch off ignition and remove the diagnostic device if it joined.
