Removal and compressor installation
THE GENERAL DATA
ATTENTION

Do not open a contour of cooling of the conditioner. If the coolant gets on a skin, it can lead обморожению.
The conditioner compressor can be removed from the holder without opening of a contour of cooling. It can be necessary in connection with carrying out of repair of other devices. Thus the compressor acts in film and suspended in an impellent compartment with the attached hoses.

The 4-cylinder petrol engine

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove клиновой a belt, address to subsection Removal and installation ridge клинового a belt.
2. Remove facing between an impellent compartment and the right wheel casing, address to an illustration (arrows specify fastening bolts).
3. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel. Suspend it with the attached hoses to the chassis, address to subsection Removal and installation of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a wheel.
4. Turn away fastening bolts ().
5. Remove the compressor from the holder and suspend on a wire to a body.
ATTENTION

Do not suspend the compressor for the attached hoses.

INSTALLATION
6. Completely insert the plug () before compressor installation into a compressor aperture.
7. Tighten fastening bolts () the moment 45 Н•м.
8. Put on клиновой a belt, address to subsection Removal and installation ridge клинового a belt.
The diesel engine
REMOVAL
9. Remove клиновой a belt, address to subsection Removal and installation клинового a belt.
10. Remove facing between an impellent compartment and the right wheel casing, address to an illustration (arrows specify fastening bolts).
11. Turn away fastening bolts ().
Remove the compressor from the holder and suspend on a wire to a body.
ATTENTION

Do not suspend the compressor for the attached hoses.


INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Completely insert the plug () before compressor installation into a compressor aperture.
2. Tighten fastening bolts () the moment 45 Н m.
3. Put on клиновой a belt, address to subsection Removal and installation клинового a belt.
