The lay brake by means of тросового a drive through a pusher mechanically influences pistons of supports of brake mechanisms of forward wheels (the Cross-section of a support of the brake mechanism of a forward wheel see an illustration). The adjusting mechanism provides automatic indemnification of deterioration brake колодок, forcing them to be constantly on the minimum approach to a disk. Thus схватывание brakes occurs already during the first moment of squeezing of a pedal. Regulator operation occur automatically at squeezing of a pedal of a foot brake. Dismantling of a support for the purpose of regenerative repair of an automatic regulator is not represented possible.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. After work on removal/installation or service of brake mechanisms of forward wheels it is necessary to make initial activation of the mechanism of an automatic regulator.
2. Start the engine and leave its working on single turns.
3. Make sure that the control lever of a lay brake is completely released.
4. Some times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake for the purpose of regulator activation.
5. Release a foot brake and make sure of serviceability functioning of a drive of the lay brake which full raising should be reached already on the first - the second click of the ratchet mechanism of a control lever. Muffle the engine. In case of need make adjustment drivers cables of a lay brake (see more low).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely release a lay brake.
2. Having squeezed out a pedal of a foot brake, achieve pressing колодок to a brake disk, then release a pedal.

3. Release a fastening counternut drive a cable on one of forward brake mechanisms. Now, rotation of an adjusting/fixing nut achieve demanded balance of length of cables on the equalizer (within 1.5 mm).



4. In case of need repeat procedure on the brake mechanism of an opposite wheel.
5. At the released lay brake executive levers on supports brake mechanisms should not be delayed by cables at any positions of a steering wheel and any adjusting height of a suspension bracket. Check up, in case of need make corresponding updating.
6. Tighten counternuts.
7. Some times cock a control lever of a lay brake for the purpose of check of serviceability of functioning of a drive. Full схватывание should occur already on the first - the second click of the ratchet mechanism of the lever.
