The hydraulic modulator

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove the tank of a hydraulic liquid (the Uniform hydraulic system see the Head).
3. Release clamps of fastening of a cover of the hydraulic modulator.

4. Release a clamp and disconnect electroconducting from ECU ABS.

5. Release штуцерные sockets and disconnect from the modulator three hydraulic tubes. Prepare for gathering of spilt fuel. At once закупорьте the open ends of tubes and unions for the purpose of minimisation of losses of a hydraulic liquid and in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
6. Release a collar and disconnect from the modulator a hydraulic hose.

7. Give three fixing nuts and remove the modulator together with the electronic block of management (ECU).

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
   a) Take advantage for fastening of a hydraulic hose by a new collar;
   b) do not forget to replace sealing washers штуцерных sockets at connection of hydraulic tubes;
   c) Installation of the tank of a hydraulic liquid make according to the instructions resulted in the Head Uniform hydraulic system;
   d) In summary do not forget to pump over hydraulic system (Prorolling of hydraulic system see).

Gauges of frequency of rotation of forward wheels

At installation of a hairpin of fastening of wheel gauges it is necessary to grease with special hermetic for fixing of carving connections.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Prop up противооткатными boots back wheels, then поддомкратьте redock of the car and establish it on props. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.

3. Screw two fixing bolts and remove a thermofilter with ступичной assemblages. Shift aside fastening arms drive a cable of a lay brake and gauge electroconducting.



4. Liberate electroconducting from basic arms.
5. Walk on wires from the gauge to a contact socket and disunite last. Try to remember a route of a lining of electroconducting.

6. Turn out a fixing hairpin and remove the wheel gauge.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
   a) Track, that interfaced surfaces of the gauge and ступичной assemblages were absolutely pure;

   b) Before вворачиванием grease a carving of a fixing hairpin of the gauge with special hermetic;

   c) Track correctness of a lining of electroconducting.

Gauges of frequency of rotation of back wheels

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Cock a lay brake and prop up противооткатными boots forward wheels. Поддомкратьте a back of the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding back wheel.

3. Отболтите a guard of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket.

4. Walk on electroconducting from the gauge to a contact socket and disunite last.
5. Tie up a string piece by the end of a plait of electroconducting of the gauge.
6. Pass electroconducting through space between components of a suspension bracket and untie from it a string which at assemblage will be used for dragging of wires on a former route.

7. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the gauge about the a filter.



Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:
   a) Track correctness of installation of a filter of the gauge;
   b) Before installation make sure of absoluteness of cleanliness of interfaced surfaces of the gauge and the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket;
   c) For продевания electroconductings between suspension bracket components on a former route take advantage of the string left at removal.

The electronic block of management ABS

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Remove the battery (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
2. In an impellent compartment uncover the assembly block of safety locks/relays.
3. Turn out a bolt and two nuts of fastening of the assembly block.
4. Release clamps and liberate burn down electroconductings from the assembly block. Shift the assembly block aside for the purpose of providing of access to bolts of fastening ECU.

5. Release a fixing clamp and disunite a contact socket of electroconducting from above on the management block.

6. Turn out two bolts of fastening ECU.

7. Under the management block wring out a clamp of an electric socket, then pull assemblage ECU forward, removing it with Pads a socket.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Try not to damage a leg of a contact socket at installation ECU on the block of the hydraulic modulator.
