Engine greasing is made under the pressure created by the oil pump. Oil is sucked in through the mesh filter located in маслоприемнике, and then arrives through the filter in channels of the block of cylinders. Therefrom oil arrives to a cranked shaft and a camshaft. Bearings of the bottom head of a rod are supplied with oil through internal drilling in a cranked shaft. To bearings of a camshaft oil also moves under pressure. Camshaft and valve cams are greased with the sprayed oil, the same as also all other mobile details of the engine.
For trouble-free work of system of greasing in it there are two valves – bypass the valve of the oil filter and a pressure safety valve. Bypass the valve of the oil filter allows oil to arrive in system of greasing of the engine, passing the oil filter when it is hammered and interferes with oil passage.
The safety valve of pressure located in the case of the oil pump, limits pressure in system of greasing of the engine. |
