4.1.7. Removal and installation of the oil pallet Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. 2. Merge engine oil in the suitable container and establish маслосливную a stopper into place. 3. Unscrew bolts, fastening a protective plate of a flywheel, and lateral clamps and remove a plate. 4. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pallet. If the pallet sits densely, bring down its plastic hammer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the oil pallet kerosene or suitable solvent and remove an external dirt and internal adjournment from the oil pallet. Clear of the rests of an old lining interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders of the engine. Check up, that surfaces were pure and dry. Also clear flutes in covers of bearings. 2. Put a hermetic layer on ledges картера and in a junction of forward and back radical covers of bearings. 3. Establish pith linings on ledges картера and in flutes of radical covers of bearings. 4. Put a hermetic layer on a lining and a surface interfaced to a lining in a junction of a cover of the radical bearing. 5. Establish the oil pallet and fix its bolts, having tightened them gradually and in diagonal sequence. 6. Establish a protective cover of a flywheel and fix its bolts. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine engine oil.
