4.1.6.1. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders make on the cold engine. 2. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 3. Merge cooling liquid from system of cooling and remove the air filter. 4. From an engine underside unscrew two bolts, fastening a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector. Remove springs and bolts and separate a reception exhaust pipe from a collector. 5. Loosen the a collar also disconnect a hose of the top tank of a radiator from a thermostat casing on the water pump. 6. Loosen the nuts and bolts of fastening of the generator, move the generator to the engine and remove приводной a belt from pulleys. 7. Loosen the collars also disconnect a hose of a heater and the bottom hose of a radiator from the water pump. 8. Loosen the a collar also disconnect the second hose of a heater from a head of the block of cylinders. 9. Unscrew a connecting nut and disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a final collector. 10. Mark and disconnect high-voltage wires from spark plugs. Disconnect a high-voltage wire from the ignition coil, then unscrew screws and uncover the ignition distributor together with high-voltage wires. 11. Disconnect from the carburettor a cable of an accelerator and a cable of management air заслонкой. Disconnect a vacuum tube from the vacuum proof-reader of an advancing of ignition. 12. Disconnect a hose of giving of fuel from the carburettor and close the end of a hose a stopper. 13. Disconnect ventilation hoses картера from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. 14. Unscrew three bolts, fastening an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders. Keep in mind that two extreme bolts also support arms of support of high-voltage wires. 15. Remove an inlet collector together with the carburettor from a head of the block of cylinders and remove a lining. 16. Unscrew four bolts and uncover heads of the block of cylinders. 17. Loosen the fastening nuts коромысел, turn коромысла aside and take bars of pushers. Arrange pushers so that at installation they have risen on the places. 18. Take bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, turning bolts on half of turn for each pass to sequences, return shown on fig. in subsection 4.1.6.2 item 8. At installation it is necessary to use new bolts. 19. Remove a head of the block of cylinders. If the head fits badly, bring down it киянкой, but at all do not insert a screw-driver edge between a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders as thus it is possible to damage interfaced surfaces. 20. Remove a lining of a head of the block of cylinders. 21. Clear heads of the block of cylinders and check up its condition.
