4.3.13.2. Dismantling and assemblage of pistons and rods
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pistons with rods from the engine.
2. Note a piston and rod relative positioning. On the pistons of the marksman established in the engine on a piston head should be directed to a camshaft pulley, and inflow on a rod to a flywheel.
3. Remove one of lock rings, крепящих a piston finger. Using a wooden or copper core, squeeze out a piston finger from the piston and a rod.
4. At assemblage insert the piston into a rod, observing their correct orientation. Grease a piston finger, establish it into place and fix a lock ring.
