4.3.9.1. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders
THE GENERAL DATA
The prevention

Further operations on removal of a head of the block of cylinders without an inlet collector and the equipment of system of injection of fuel are resulted.

Removal of a head of the block of cylinders make on the cold engine. At installation it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening and a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a gear belt.
2. Disconnect an electric socket from a measuring instrument of a stream of air. Unscrew four or five screws, release a hose of a regulator of turns of idling and remove the air chamber together with a measuring instrument of a stream of air.
3. Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
4. Disconnect an accelerator cable.
5. Unscrew 9 nuts, which крепят an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders.
6. Cut a clip, крепящий a plait of wires of fuel atomizers to a head of the block of cylinders.
7. Disconnect two small hoses of ventilation картера from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
8. Unscrew an arm of support of an inlet collector. Check up that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from an inlet collector, then unscrew nuts of fastening and remove an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Remove a final collector.
10. Remove the top hose of a radiator.
11. Disconnect the hose of a heater located under the distributor of ignition.
12. Uncover high-voltage wires and disconnect wires from spark plugs.
13. Remove the ignition distributor.
14. Remove a thermostat casing.
15. Disconnect the big hose of ventilation картера from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew a bolt of support of a hose from a head of the block of cylinders.
16. Unscrew 20 bolts and uncover heads of the block of cylinders.
17. Remove pulleys of camshafts.
18. Unscrew two bolts, fastening the top part of a back casing of a gear belt to a head of the block of cylinders. Remove the rubber plug.
19. Unscrew a rack of fastening of a casing of a gear belt.
20. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, working on a spiral outside inside, unscrewing bolts on half of turn for each pass before full unscrewing of bolts.
21. Take a bolt of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
22. If necessary move an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders and remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine. At head removal be careful not to damage a back casing of a gear belt.
23. Remove a lining of a head of the block of cylinders.
